Good airport hotel, convenient, comfortable , good check in experience
Pros:

Only had meal in Amy’s bar in the evening. Very good but limited menu,

Cons:

More options on menu, maybe omelettes etc offered all day and option of fries with the sandwiches

That it is within 5 minutes's walk from the terminal

Cons:

The lady at reception made a mistake and I was unable to change the credit card I wanted to pay with. This took a long time when we arrived and couldn't be sorted. She also forgot to give me my receipt

Stay was fine after I was given a new room

Location great, but not really value for money - have to pay more to get what's included elsewhere
Pros:

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed, great shower, location of hotel right next to airport - but you really pay for this !! Expensive !!

Cons:

Tea and coffee making facilities more like a reasonable B&B, expected more from an internationally famous hotel hotel chain changing what they did, disappointing they are effectively 'stinging' their guests for extra where they can (as you're a captive audience at an airport, sometimes you don't have much choice)

Tolles Flughafen-Hotel in gewohnter Hilton Qualität

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, weil wir am nächsten Morgen schon um sechs abgeflogen sind. Dafür war es perfekt. Sehr sauber, großes Zimmer, Kühlschrank vorhanden, Dusche top. Absolut schalldicht!
