Internet was out & the television did not work properly. After a long week just wanted to relax watch TV & use the internet, both did not work. Had to go to LHR Terminal 2 next morning the bus was s no show, Hotel response? Take a £30 cab, we can’t help. 🤬
The staff were really friendly, helpful and made the whole experience.
The restaurant, both dinner and breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast was simply superb.

I had booked in for 2 nights and told the hotel that I would be having virtual meetings. The internet service was terrible and on the day of the virtual meetings the hotel lost internet for well over an hour. I was given a discount but will never stay there again if travelling on business. Staff especially one member tried their best to assist.
