Excellent location through the tunnel from Heathrow terminal 4 and easy to get to Elizabeth line to get to London - use this to get there on arrival at other terminals do not use Hotel Hoppa service that had a long wait

The room was dark and ambient which was good for rest. I could hear doors slamming which woke me earlier than I wanted
The room wasn’t light enough. Shower pressure could be improved. WiFi cut out several times. I ordered room service and couldn’t have my drink because there was no bottle opener
