A nice ambience and location, but not the best value.
Pros:

It has a wonderful central location. It is a beautiful setting, and the room was a good size. There is a lovely open sitting balcony on the third floor. There is court yard is nice. There was hummingbird flirting around. Breakfast was included.

Cons:

Hot water was inconsistent. Frequently there was no hot water, but when it was on it was good and hot. The breakfast coffee was weak and cold.
