Cons:

Staff wasn’t very welcoming upon arrival. The woman was really kind, but the man obviously didn’t care to be there. There were silverfish in the SOAP. Super gross. Lights went out the last day we were there. Obviously not the staffs fault but there was no communication about what was going on, even when we went down to the front office. They also didn’t seem concerned that there were people stuck in the elevator. Overall not a horrible experience but wouldn’t stay there again

Cons:

The power went out twice. They cleaned up breakfast before the time and didn’t give people more time since the power was out. Someone got stuck in the elevator. We had no working elevators to bring down all of our luggage. It was insane

Cons:

The room was a lot smaller than I thought and on my last day the electricity went out and we didn’t have it for the remaining of our trip. They supposedly said it was the whole city of Irving. I’m not quite sure.

Clean, well located, close to airport

Cons:

The layout of room with 4 people and only one lighted mirror made getting ready in the morning challenging. Would be great to add additional mirrors (closet, wall in seating area, and kitchen area) with good lighting and plug in outlets.

The hotel met my number one request: a clean and comfortable room.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly. I believe the stay here was a good value.

Cons:

It did not provide shuttle service to Love Field. Coffee was not available in the lobby area after breakfast hours. Breakfast did not have much variety.
