Wonderful stay for families travelling with a baby!

The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful throughout our stay. They even had Mandarin-speaking staff at reception, which made communication much easier for us.

The apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable, with convenient parking and a great location close to South Bank and Asian supermarkets. It was very suitable for travelling with a young child.

We especially appreciated the kindness and understanding from the hotel team when we accidentally forgot to return a room card during our early check-out.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose Dockside Brisbane again next time we visit Brisbane. Highly recommended!

My sisters and I had a really nice time catching up in Brisbane and our lovely appartment made it truely special.

Having stayed here last year we knew a bit about the place. And loved it then. It met our expectations this trip and the view from the balcony was wonderful.

Cons:

It wasn't a matter of not liking, on our last night we discovered the carpet near the balcony sliding door in the main bedroom was saturated. As it was a weekend, and we were leaving early the next morning, we informed the reception after we had arrived at the airport.
