Hotel jest już mocno przestarzały. W pomieszczeniach unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach, który znacząco obniża komfort pobytu. Całość sprawia wrażenie zaniedbanej i nie spełnia oczekiwań.

Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt służbowy lub wypoczynek

Hotel jest położony na peryferiach miasta przy wylocie na Warszawę, w tej chwili zamkniętym z powodu remontu, więc okolica jest spokojna. Lokalizacja ta jest dobra dla kogoś, kto ma interesy na pobliskim kampusie UWM, bo może dojść tam pieszo, generalnie jednak hotel jest dla zmotoryzowanych, bo nie można do niego dotrzeć transportem zbiorowym. więc okolica zaciszna, na łonie przyrody, hotel w sumie jest kameralny. Pokoje mają efektowny wystrój, ten w którym nocowałem ma np. wielkie reprodukcje grafik Picassa, klima działa dobrze, obsługa bez zarzutu. Hotel jest przyjazny dla zwierzą, do tego stopnia, że wpuszczane są nawet do restauracji - co zwoją drogą może zrazić niektórych gości.

Cons:

Śniadanie jest niby obfite, ale raziło mnie, że dania ciepłe (jajecznica, parówki) były ledwie letnie i tak było przez trzy kolejne dni. Wolałbym jednak, żeby były porządnie podgrzane. W łazience dość słabe ciśnienie wody w spłuczce klozetowej, a problemem też było, że jak się uruchomiło prysznic, zaczynała kapać woda z deszczownicy i nie dało się tego zatrzymać. Przełącznik między prysznicem a deszczownicą nie działał dobrze.
W okolicy bardzo tną komary, były nawet w zamkniętych pomieszczeniach restauracji.

Stan łazienki, brak możliwości wzięcia prysznica (uszkodzona słuchawka) , brak korka do wanny (kombinowanie aby zatkać odpływ). Łóżko całe trzeszczało i był mocno zmęczony materac. Zamiast odpocząć to borykałem się z problemami
