The property felt more like a hostel than an Inn or hotel.
La ubicacion muy buena ubicacion estaba todo muy cerca.
El aire acondicionado tenia problemas el control, al parecer eran las baterias, el baño olia raro pero abrimos la ventanilla y luego se fue el olor, a veces creo q es falta de circulacion del Aire. pero ahi todo muy bien, buena atencion, excelente ubicacion, dormimos tranquilos.

Las habitaciones son ámplias, con su baño privado con agua caliente. La cama fue grande y cómoda.
El baño podría ser más cuidado.
El lugar tiene un aire como antiguo entre tanta modernidad. Está cerca de uno de los centros comerciales más grandes de Guayaquil, se puede ir solo a pie. Bien ubicado.
Poco tiempo para disfrutar de la zona. Las instalaciones deben mejorar un poco los accesos.
Ubicación excelente. Las habitaciones cuentan con espacios de trabajo y baños aislados de la cama para mayor privacidad. El desayuno es bastante completo y delicioso.
Algunas habitaciones no cuentan con ventana o con muy buena iluminación. Este es el único detalle que podrían mejorar para incrementar la calidad en el servicio.
