Cons:

I had originally reserved a room with two beds. However, when we checked in, I was told that they did not have that room available and that they would instead provide us with two separate one-bed rooms at the same price.

Since I didn’t know what the rooms would be like, I agreed and went to take a look. The two rooms were next to each other, but there was no connecting door between them. We had to go outside and enter each room separately.

Since she is only 8 years old, I felt it would be difficult for her to stay in a room by herself, so I returned one of the rooms. At that time, I was not told anything about adjusting the price or how the payment would be handled, and I did not ask either. I simply assumed there was nothing we could do since they said they did not have the room we had originally reserved.

I had made the reservation several months in advance, yet despite knowing that we were traveling with an 8-year-old child, they decided to give us two separate rooms. In the end, we only used one room but were still charged the same price as the original reservation.

There were also several other issues:

* The shower water pressure was terrible.
* The outlets in the bathroom did not work.
* I had to try plugging the hair dryer into different outlets just to find one that worked.
* There were no extra towels available for the pool.
* None of the ice machines on any floor were working.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I don’t think I will stay here again.
