Great location, good for short stays

Location was great, has washers and dryers

Cons:

No small refrigerator to keep snacks or drinks, not as clean as last year. Beds are good and hotel lobby is clean.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas que es lo normal para turistear por Japón, pero en esta caso lo es un poco más, hay que entrar y salir ala cama por la parte inferior porque la cama pega con ambas paredes y eso se hace bastante incómodo.

Si venís con algún bebé o niñ@ pequeño traer una silla de viaje que se pliegue bien para poder meterla Debajo de la cama tiene hueco para las maletas y la silla porque si no lo hace apenas tendréis espacio para pasar de la cama al baño.

Fantastic location and a clean hotel.
Pros:

Brilliant location. Great design features and friendly staff. Extremely clean. Rooms were small but useable and we had the adjoining rooms which were great with kids. We didn’t realise until the second night that we could close the door on the corridor and the rooms would be totally enclosed and private.

Cons:

Not a negative but the lift can take time during busy periods and there wasn’t an option to use stairs. We were only on the 3rd floor so it would have sped things up for us if we could.

Amazing staff, great amenities, terrible pillows.
Pros:

Great location, amazing staff, great amenities! Washer and dryers on property, great complimentary whole bean coffee machines available, a place to store luggage securely before and after check in and out, plenty of sitting space to eat in the lounge. We have been impressed every time we stay.

Cons:

PILLOWS. We’ve stayed 3 times now and they are so bad they are memorable. They are some sort of ultra thin pillow, with a small sack of rubbery bits attached to the bottom. They provide zero neck support, and you would be better off with nothing. They are not traditional Japanese pillows or your standard pillows but some sort of horrible hybrid combining the worst of both worlds. Please, destroy them and just buy regular pillows. It’s our one and only complaint. Everything else was great.

Horrible experience with staff. Booked a twin room for two people. However, on booking.com it was only registered for one person. No issues when the staff helped us check in so we assumed it was fine. However at checkout, they forced us to pay an extra persons fee due to a policy change they made on that exact day. Would not have minded if they told us from check in but very shady to change a policy and have us pay retrospectively. Also noticed ?cleaner stealing Velo packets

Good location and descent for short stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The location was right next to Asakusa, everything was super close by, which was very convenient during my travels. About a ~10min walk from the station but not too bad. They have self storage lockers when checking out, which was helpful.

Cons:

The room was very small as expected since it's right in the center of Tokyo, not much space to open up my suitcase. Staff wasn't very helpful in my opinion and struggled checking me in. I was right next to the elevator and the sound was really annoying and had a hard time falling asleep. Need to wait a long time for elevator, especially during morning hour.

L'emplacement était très bien.. près du temple en étant très calme. Le fait de prendre le petit déjeuner gratuitement était un plus et la salle à manger est un lieu très convivial ou nous avons pu partager avec d'autres voyageurs. Jai réservé au dernier moment, c'est pourquoi j'ai eu une toute petite chambre. Pour 3 nuits c'est bien car espace restreint

La chambre était très petite . Difficile une fois qu'on a posé nos valises de se déplacer. Pour 3 nuits cela passait

附免費的簡單早餐很方便，飯店走出去就是羅森，真的很讚，房卡也只能抵達大廳跟住宿樓層，基本上很安全，飯店附近很適合散步!飯店外面晚上也很安全，附近有超市

雖然是簡單的早餐，但是麵包很好吃，洗澡空間還算足夠，熱水穩定供給，飯店人員很親切！

Cons:

房間裡沒有冰箱，桌子也是折疊式的，整體來說，房間真的很小，兩個人勢必需要錯身，才能夠交換位置，WIFI有時候不太好
