Bed bugs infestation in the room

Nothing. Very bad experience.

Cons:

The room had bed bugs. After the first night, I saw something in wall (see pictures) and it was a bed bug. After seeing this one, I checked the room and without very detailed inspection I found 3 additional adult bed bags in the room and plenty of small bed bugs in the bed (at least 7 or 8).

I directly went to reception, but there were no action from their side. Indeed, they were more worried about avoiding that the rest of the guests in the hall do not hear the conversation about bed bugs rather than worried about solving the problem / helping me.

I had to ask several times for a new room and for cleaning of the clothes (the didn't offered nothing at first).

Very bad experience. I won't go again to a Hilton hotel after this awful experience.

Zimmer war ok, aber zu laut! Man hört den Fahrstuhl! Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich! Lieblos, Brötchen unterirdisch, einfach nicht ansprechend

Frühstück war Standard. Haben dann 28€ Parkticket erstattet bekommen, mehr nicht. Personal war immer freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Suite gebucht. Mülleimer im Bad war voll, Fingerabdrücke an den Fließen, der Abfluss hat gestunken, die Couch war verdreckt, Minibar war leer. Preis für das absolut nicht akzeptabel.
