déception, cher pour peu de confort
Cons:

Les oreillers étaient très inconfortables, le matelas pas exceptionnel. Nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit.
Nous avions prévu de manger au restaurant de l'hôtel et quand nous avons voulu aller manger, il y avait une soirée privatisée nous interdisant l'accès au SEUL restaurant de l'hôtel !! inadmissible, soirée complètement gâchée.

A perfect venue for our weekend away to celebrate our 29th Wedding Aniversary.
Pros:

THe entire experience was spot on. There wasn't anything not to like. The reception staff were very helpful and professional and thankfully tollerated my atrocious German.. THe hotel was lovely and its location was completely safe and quiet.

Cons:

The only think that was slightly lacking was the bar service, There we two proncipal bar staff during our stay and they both had a habit of disappearing into the back room leaving the bar unattended. On one ocasion we ordered a last drink and the bar tender disappeared and forgot our drinks. By he time he re appeared 30 minutes later (after a member of reception went to fetch him) it was too late.

Poca attenzione nei confronti del cliente:
- personale alla reception che parla inglese in maniera poco comprensibile
- contenitori bagnoschiuma e shampoo vuoti
- insetto morto in terra nel wc
- richiesto da subito un terzo letto in camera e al nostro arrivo non era presente
- richieste coperte più leggere (erano presenti piumini come coperte e basta) ma hanno detto che non ce ne erano
- frigo bar vuoto

Absolut reichhaltige Auswahl

Cons:

Die gastronomische Abteilung etwas sehr steril. Vor allem wenn zu wenige Gäste vor Ort sind könnte man den hinteren Bereich so absperren das der. Raum etwas gemütlicher wirkt. 😊

Wouldn’t go back although the location was useful for getting to Duisburg.
Pros:

Disappointing for a Hilton. I’m the business area which was fine but only an average bar in the hotel and no outdoor space at all.

Cons:

Bathrooms were very small and tired. No outdoor space and a disappointing bar inside the hotel.

Worst Hilton Experience
Cons:

Every Floor smoking cigarette like ashtray. Even you get non smoking room, it smeels very very bad. Room service never tried to fix it for days.
