Noch nicht mal ein Kaffee maschine auf den Zimmer, lösliche Kaffee also, und mit Duschen steht man noch in der Badewanne😆

Ich hatte einen rundum sehr positiven Aufenthalt im Hilton Düsseldorf. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber, das Ambiente modern und ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Frau Pan, die äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell war. Ihr Engagement hat den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht.

Pros:

Zimmer war geräumig, die Mitarbeiter freundlich.
Es steht ein Wasserautomat auf dem Flur, Wasserkaraffee steht im Zimmer.
Die Lage ist gut, Innenstadt sowie Messe Arena gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, leider gab’s auch keine Zahnputzbecher. Wir hatten bei geöffnetem Fenster die ganze Nacht Straßenlärm.
Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, der Preis von 29,- Euro dafür zu hoch.

Anmutendes Hotelgebäude dem der sonstige Service leider nicht gerecht wird.
Pros:

Zimmer staubfrei, Bad absolut sauber. Straßenbahnstation in der Nähe.

Cons:

- Mini-Bar leer, Kühlschrank aus - bei über 200€ pro Nacht?
- Idee der Wasserkaraffe zum eigenständigen Auffüllen des Wassers im Hotelflur aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen nachvollziehbar, aber zumindest mal eine Glasflasche Sprudel auf dem Zimmer bei Ankunft vorzufinden, fände ich bei der Hotelklasse mehr als angebracht.
- Parkplatzkosten für Hotelgäste 28€ / Tag
- So lange Warteschlangen bei CheckIn/CheckOut, dass Ein-/Ausgang blockiert wird. Rezeption und Lobby für die Besucherzahl scheint unterdimensioniert und suboptimal platziert zu sein.
- Frühstücksraum insgesamt unterdimensioniert - war ziemlich voll und am Buffet sehr eng. Gastronomisch - naja. Pulver-Omelette, Spiegeleiplatte leergefegt, Kartoffelpuffer trocken und kaum Geschmack. Besteck nirgends zu finden, Bedienung fragt aber auch selbst nicht nach, ob man noch etwas braucht. Ich finde, entweder kann ich Besteck selbst holen oder Bedienung ist zuvorkommend am Tisch, aber nicht, dass man dann der Bedienung über engen Frühstücksraum nachlaufen muss.
- Teppiche auf dem Zimmer leider nur oberflächlich sauber, ständig gab es Haare von Vorbesucher an den Füßen.

Etwas enttäuscht - manche Low-Budget-Hotels bieten nicht weniger zum halben Preis.
