venía plan outlet las rozas asiq. todo a 5 minutos del aeropuerto aquí 25 minutos en esta ocacion no fui al centro así que para mi la ubicación excelente! si vas plan centro seguro hay mejores opciones
mismo desayuno todos los días (como estuve 4 noches estaba cansado) pero muy rico
La limpieza y la amabilidad del personal.
Al no tener restaurante dependíamos de un establecimiento que estaba al lado. El domingo por la noche estaba cerrado y tuvimos que hacer 2 km en coche para ir al lugar más cercano.

Comfortable accommodations, clean facilities, good breakfast served , elevator and good parking lot!
La amabilidad del personal muy muy buena.

Baño con ducha espaciosa, muy cómoda y con puerta de acceso amplia.
Buena cama, almohada y colchón.
Cierta inestabilidad en el wifi que requería desconectar y volver a conectar.
Lo hablé con ellos y se esforzaron de dar la mejor solución.
La habitación era muy correcta, el problema es que soy acompañante de una persona con movilidad reducida y el espacio para la silla dentro de la habitación era muy reducido.
No he tenido ninguna experiencia negativa en el hotel

Cama excelente para descansar y muy buen desayuno tipo buffet. Lugar con acceso perfecto para ir desde allí al HeronCity o RozasVillage. El personal super amable.
Muy bien ubicado y justo con un buen restaurante asturiano enfrente y una gasolinera repsol. Me viene todo genial.
Que no tenga nevera en la habitación y para comprar agua en la maquina no funciona muy bien
