Wir kommen gern wieder
Pros:

Sehr komfortable Zimmer, nettes Personal und ein top Frühstück. Das. Hotel ist sehr familiär, nicht so ein hypermodernes Gebäude, dafür mit Charme und Charakter.
Billardtisch und Dartscheiben laden im Foyer ein. Es werden alle Wünsche erfüllt.

Perfekte Wellness Tage
Pros:

Uns hat es rundum super gut gefallen... Wir haben vor allem den Außenbereich des Wellnessbereichs genutzt....Genial war das Thermalbecken mit 39 Grad.
Zimmer war sehr schön, der Ausblick hätte besser sein können (Blick auf den Hinterhof), aber das hat uns nicht groß gestört.
Frühstück war ebenfalls perfekt, lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühr im Stadl pro Tag mit 9 Euro ist etwas hoch, aber zu verschmerzen.

Zusagen ohne Verbindlichkeit

Hotel und Wellnessbereich allgemein i.O Essen in gewohnt guter Qualität.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden uns Zusagen gemacht, die am Ende nicht eingehalten wurden oder an die sich später niemand mehr erinnern wollte.
Besonders ärgerlich war der vorhandene Golfsimulator, den wir nicht nutzen konnten, weil der Hoteldirektor angeblich die Golfschläger mit nach Hause genommen hatte. Da es für den Simulator während unseres Aufenthalts ein spezielles Angebot gab, vereinbarten wir mit der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, dass wir einen Gutschein erhalten, um den Simulator bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt zum damaligen Angebotspreis nutzen zu können.
Beim Check-out wusste die Mitarbeiterin davon jedoch nichts. Auf Nachfrage bei der Kollegin vom Vortag wurde uns sogar eine Nachricht gezeigt, die in einem aus unserer Sicht sehr despektierlichen Ton sinngemäß lautete: „Einen Gutschein bekommen diese Gäste nicht.“
Leider war dies nicht das erste Erlebnis dieser Art. Neben der Enttäuschung über die nicht eingehaltene Zusage hat uns vor allem der respektlose Umgang sehr gestört. Das entspricht nicht dem Service, den wir von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten.

Tolle Therme, Umgebung top - Bars & Restaurants super - Zimmer veraltet

Eingangsbereich, Restaurant, Therme und Flure modernisiert und sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Großer Gegensatz zur Lobby, öffentliche Bereiche, Therme, Bar, Restaurants zu den Zimmern. Jene sind relativ alt und wirken an sich noch wie vor 40 Jahren
