Pros:

the room size was good and location good. Price was also reasonable.

Cons:

The airconditioning was both extremely loud and ineffective, the carpets were stained, the reception staff were not great.

The properties in a great location very easy check-in process
Staff member at reception very helpful very polite

Cons:

The cleaning of the apartment really needs improvement. The balcony tiles have not been cleaned in a long time handprints all over glass doors and pictures hanging on wall. Bathroom has mould buildup really really needs improving. We were in room 0801

Good location if you want to be close to the river and central
Pros:

Location is in the CBD, which in the week might be fine. On the weekend it was deserted and had a lot of inebriated people on the street and around the hotel

Cons:

The rooms feel quite dated and not overly clean. Our room was on a slant, which was odd
