Bare bones, small, noisy, outdated accommodations.
Pros:

Lively pub downstairs with pizza truck out back. The breakfast was made to order with the typical English breakfast options along with pancakes.

Cons:

We stayed in room # 1 - a family room with a double bed and two single bunk beds. There was barely enough space to have our luggage and move around. Old carpet on the floor and a tiny bathroom. The one single pane window allowed lots of street noise in all night long — given the mildly warm temperatures we needed the window open. We stayed on a Friday night and learned at check-I there would be a singer in the bar downstairs until after 11pm. We could hear and feel the music the whole time - kids could not get to sleep until it was over.

Room 2 (standard double) not fit for purpose.

Tiny room with 4 hangers but nowhere for coats , dresses or luggage. Would be better if bed had storage underneath for case/bags, and some coat hooks on door or near bed.

Noisy from traffic on road.

Main problem was the bathroom- smallest shower i have ever seen. As an average size woman i struggled to turn around in the shower, and my husband could not turn around at all when cubicle doors closed! Not fit for purpose.

Cooked breakfast very small, could not order more hot items.

Bellissima pausa durante un roadtrip.
Pros:

Pub curatissimo, camere piccole ma pulite e accoglienti con tutto il necessario. Anche bello esteticamente, il che non guasta. Peccato solo passarci una sola notte. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Pros:

Emplacement très pratique et parking gratuit ! Un pub au rdc avec restaurant possible . Le tout est correct

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite avec équipement minimum mais c’est correct quand meme

overall did the job for what we needed
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the place was very clean the toiletries all top class. Staff very accommodating and helpful.The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We found the room very small, the smallest shower I have ever been in, but it was only one night.

Old, but nice vibe.
Pros:

The room had good quality bed linen and pillows..There was tea & coffee making facilities in the room. It had everything needed. The breakfast was excellent with lovely filtered coffee and proper orange juice.

Cons:

You will need ear plugs. I believe all rooms are facing the main road, except room 5..Its a grade 2 listed building, so they can't install double glazing..They have very old sash windows.
I also messaged a question 2 days before my visit, which went unanswered. I would still stay here again..

Exceptional value in a beautifully clean well run pub.
Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean of a good size and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Although the room over looks a busy road double glazing cut down the noise considerably and a fan was provided to compensate.

Cons:

That the window had to be totally closed all night. That the shower room, though well fitted and spotlessly clean, was inevitably tiny.

Close to where I needed to be had everything I needed tea coffee etc., very comfy bed and very clean staff very friendly.

Cons:

Room was very small, two adults would have struggled if staying for any length of time. Breakfast was all basic food no quality.

Pros:

La situation et le prix par rapport au centre ville, la possibilité de se garer et de manger sur place.... Bon rapport qualité prix, une chambre tout à fait correcte pour un déplacement solo.
