Satisfactory stay in good location
Pros:

Parents in law staying at Bowleaze so easy walk and great position for getting to beach etc bedroom well presented if petite!

Cons:

On the second day breakfast was not great. Cold coffee and no intention of replacing it, slow to take order. Staff friendly but very slow. Our room (Bowleaze) was small but well presented but as on ground flood windows open direct to car park with no security when open Sunday lunch was ok but again service poor.

Pros:

Das Pub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nettes Personal. Sehr feines Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein und direkt an der Strasse und sehr laut. Wir wollten auf 20.30 Abendessen und die Küche hat im selben Moment geschlossen. Wer Hunger hat, sollte sich informieren wann die Küche schliesst.

Pros:

Staff friendly and room had everything you needed for your for comfy stay.
We had a veggie breakfast which was tasty.
We had an meal in the evening which was very good and obviously freshly made.

Cons:

The room was small but it was adequate for what we needed

Parking was a nightmare but staff on hand to help us out.

Great stay, would come again.
Pros:

The room was clean and very welcoming. Great food for dinner plus breakfast came with the room price.
Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

Usual bar noise but quiet after leaving time and road quieter then too. Wouldn’t be great if you want to sleep early.

Trevligt med pub, restaurang i samma. Bra urval. Maten ok. Bra frukost

Cons:

För litet rum för 4 personer. Dusch fungerade varm/kallvatten sådär, värmebölja när vi var där och olidligt varmt på det lilla rummet.

Confortable room but thin windows
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and friendly, free parking available, the bed was confortable, refreshements available in the room.

Cons:

I was travelling for work and needed a good night sleep, but could hear the cars and motorbikes until late night and from early morning. The windows are vintage and pretty, but unfortunately too thin to allow for noise reduction from the street.

Enjoyed every bit of our stay at the ship in
Pros:

Great pub, great food. The locals are very friendly. The rooms are very well equipped, and a great selection of teas and coffees in the room, and the little goodie bag was a nice surprise

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Spice Ship. La chambre est particulièrement jolie, le lit grand et confortable, le petit déjeuner copieux et la nourriture du pub très bonne ! Tout était parfait !

I loved everything. The rooms are decorated very nice. The room was clean and welcoming. A nice touch was a breakfast tray on the bed with a nice bottle of water with glasses and some little luxuries. The bed was really comfortable too. Breakfast was served as self service in part with cooked food available.
