Modern, gute Ausstattung und schöne Aussicht.
Der Empfang beim Checkin war sehr überfordert, das hat sich auf uns wie auch auf die anderen Gäste ausgewirkt.
Ein Gast war im Whirlpool und Sauna Bereich nackt unterwegs, das gehört nicht in eine solche Stätte. Ich wünschte, dass explizit darauf hingewiesen wird und auch Tafeln aufgestellt werden, dass es kein Nackberiech ist.
Das Restaurant hatte wenige Auswahlmöglichkeiten und hat früh geschlossen, weshalb wir weiter weg gehen mussten.

Clean, big rooms. Lovely and helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings - peaceful, calm and right in the middle of forest. Perfect for cycling and hiking around. We came with our small dog and got everything sorted for him extra. Breakfast is amazing too! It is a buffet with a lot of choices. Restaurant in the house is serving food and drinks all the time - we really enjoyed the food. There is also a small spa - jacuzzi and saunas. Everything about this place is fantastic - we will come back in the future!!
The public bus comes only in the summer, so keep in mind that it is hard to get there without a car. Hotel helped us out with a taxi from Olivone (where we arrived to with a bus).
We stayed overnight at this hotel with our four children after a long journey, arriving late in the evening. We were greeted by a very pleasant woman, and check-in was quick. It was nice to find such a clean and quiet place. The room was exceptionally clean, with crisp white towels, a mattress, and fresh bedding, allowing us to relax and sleep well. In the morning, we were delighted by the view from our room, and the light breakfast and delicious coffee gave us energy for the rest of our journey. I definitely recommend staying here for more than just one week; we didn't have time to use the spa, as that wasn't our goal. The staff was friendly, the cleanliness, the quiet, the airy atmosphere, and the location were all top-notch.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war zwar komplett; jedoch insgesamt recht einfach und spärlich.
