Bed was a bit springy and creaky but slept ok. Toilet/shower room quite narrow but was clean with toiletries and a hot shower.

Mattresses were past their use by date. Comfortable but dreadful springs woke us every time we moved.

Nothing it was awful for an 84 yr old mother with mobility issues
No fan ( it was over 30 degrees)
Didn't empty the bin (had to take rubbish to sister in laws place)
Didn't make up the bed (my daughter had to come in every night to make up my bed)
Had to climb up a set of stairs
No fridge in room
Only received water bottles 2 days out of 5
Whenever we tried to phone the hotel just got an answer
