Le ménage n’était pas fait régulièrement les femmes de ménage oublié le service du soir, il était régulièrement dans les chambres des saoudiens qui devait sûrement donner d’énormes pourboires et nous, on avait nos chambres qui n’étaient pas faites une fois à 3h, l’après-midi, la chambre n’était même pas faite et sur cette nuit trois fois le service du soir n’a pas été fait
The location is good for pp who would like to relax cus it’s quiet and nothing round , you should have car if you plan to stay in the hotel , the hotel design is very nice and historical
The hotel service is extremely poor and it has nothing related to the ritz Carlton standard,especially in the breakfast staff are not professional they keep forgetting what you ask about no set up prepared poor breakfast and quality except the gentleman who checked me in and out he was very welcoming and professional

The staff was really competent.
It was a bit hard to find cars to get us to and from the hotel. We managed in the end but it required some planning.
The massage left me feeling hurt during several days. The Mystic touch treatment is advertised as a relaxing massage but it wasn’t very relaxing I’m afraid.

Without a doubt, this is my favorite hotel in Rabat, and every single time I visit the city, this is the only place I choose to stay. I’ve been here several times, and each visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The hotel is ravishing but the level of hospitality is simply outstanding.
Every single person working at this hotel is exceptional. From the reception and Guest Relations team to the breakfast and restaurant staff, housekeeping, and everyone behind the scenes, every member of the team is amazing, welcoming, kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They don’t just provide excellent service they make you feel truly valued and cared for. Their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication create an experience that is second to none.
