O quarto, o pequeno almoço, a piscina e o clube de praia foram muito bons.
Foi um hotel de cinco estrelas cujo serviço esteve longe das expectativas.
Quando chegamos ao quarto não tínhamos comando da televisão. Solicitamos e foi-nos entregue de imediato. Depois verificamos que a televisão não funcionava bem. Desligava-se a cada 5 minutos. Informei a receção e não aconteceu nada. Foi horrível tentar ver o jogo de futebol do nosso país nestas condições. Perdemos os melhores momentos.
Para além disso estivemos dois dos nossos três dias de estadia sem gel de banho no nosso duche.
São falhas inaceitáveis para este nível de hotel.
Piscina linda, café da manhã ótimo e completo , funcionários muito educados e cordiais. Bar e restaurantes lindos muito bem decorados . Ótimo serviço de piscina e instalações ótimas.
O quarto é um pouco estanho , a decoração meio antigas . O chuveiro não tem vidro e molha para fora. O ar não gela muito.

Las cenas temáticas eran bastante buenas también.
Monserrat y el chef ejecutivo fueron muy amables con mi hija y prepararon comida a su gusto!

The full access to spa amenities, the pool deck and easy access to the pool.
We didnt like that the AC in the room could not be controlled, it was not cool enough at night.
Il buffet della colazione: vario, stuzzicante, ricchissimo di opzioni dolci e salate e con tanti prodotti freschi.
La piscina, funzionale, moderna, pulita.
La posizione, molto vicina al mare.
Il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato, dalla vista incantevole e dalla cucina di livello.
La stanza aveva diverse piccole pecche: dalla luce di lettura che non funzionava al mio posto, alla manopola della doccia alla quale era saltato via un piccolo componente utile per girarla con le mani bagnate, all'illuminazione del bagno, francamente da ripensare. Non mi è piaciuta la colazione da asporto che ci è stata consegnata il giorno della partenza, in una triste busta di carta marrone, con un panino e una banana. Francamente da una struttura di questo livello attendevo altro.

Te muestran fotos de una decoracion de areas comunes, fotos de habitaciones modernas y luego te entregan una habitacion de hotel 3 estrellas de los 60, pero te cobran como de 5* nuevo

We stayed 3 nights, the bathroom was not properly cleaned each day- no sweep of the floor and no sheets changed - told reception and they said they’d send a cleaner up but never did
Service:
The only positive aspect of this stay was the staff. The employees are almost exclusively kind, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the attentive service cannot compensate for the structural and conceptual flaws of the resort.
5-Star Promise vs. Reality: A Major Disappointment
After my stay at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa in Split, I am left with a very sobering conclusion. This hotel does not live up to its 5-star claims in any way.
Location and Surroundings:
The hotel’s marketing regarding its "beachfront" location is purely misleading. There is no direct access to the beach from the hotel. To reach the water, guests must cross two local roads and traverse a completely neglected, unmaintained plot of land via countless stairs. Accessibility for seniors or families with strollers is non-existent; they are forced to leave the hotel and take a long detour around the entire complex. Furthermore, the hotel is surrounded by various unfinished construction sites and eyesores that severely diminish the view and the overall ambiance.
Rooms and Facilities:
While the newer wing is modern and spacious, the older part of the building suffers from outdated infrastructure. We had to deal with a rattling air conditioning unit and inadequate water pressure in the shower. The room layout seems illogical (e.g., unnecessary wall niches instead of storage space in the shower area). Most severely, we were subjected to intense noise pollution from a massive construction site directly in front of our balcony, where heavy machinery was in operation starting as early as 06:00 AM.
Culinary Experience:
While the breakfast buffet is large and diverse, it lacks the culinary finesse and "special touches" one expects from a 5-star establishment.
Service:

Conclusion:
Anyone seeking a true 5-star experience will be deeply disappointed here. The discrepancy between the high-gloss marketing and the reality on the ground is stark.
The common areas where pretty & clean
The rooms were partially dirty and outdated. There were stains on the carpet, the ceiling came off. I would expect more from a 5 Star hotel.
