I am very disappointed that an additional €200 was charged to my card at check-in, on top of the total cost of my stay. To make matters worse, there isn’t even a bottle of water in the room, and as for the empty minibar, I’d rather not even comment.

Please bear on mind that you have mice on a terrace lf the bar.

Overall it was a very good stay. And we would love to come back.
Pros:

The setting and vibe around the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was one of the best iv had in a hotel. The bar / cocktails were also very good. Friendly staff. Sea view room was beautiful.

Cons:

When checking in for a 2 night stay (with the room pre paid) we were charged a €1,200 deposit which was more expensive than our entire stay.

We later said this to a receptionist and they said this was a mistake it should not have been this expensive. We did later get the money back.

Pros:

The location even if 40mins walk from split city centre was great near seafront with restaurants and bars at walking distance. The hotel provided excellent breakfast, great room with sea view, an excellent spa access and bar area with welcoming staff, they were all fantastic.

Cons:

Not been told that the beach club and sea front area pictured in advertising is independent from the hotel, meaning that on busy days you may not get space. The outdoor pool often closing earlier than specified to accommodate private events. Poor communication from hotel on these matters was the only down side.

Overall a very nice hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The hotel has lots of facilities, we enjoyed the beach club which we were able to use free of charge as the indoor pool was closed for maintenance. Our suite was large with a beautiful sea view and wrap around balcony, we also enjoyed the complimentary Prosecco with breakfast at the weekend.

Cons:

You need a taxi to get into Split, it’s a good 10 minute drive. There is an ugly derelict hotel next door.

Pros:

Offensive staff.

Cons:

The staff. Especially laying Manuela Maria. She miss represent herself as the manger of the hotel while she only mange the rooms. Got video to prove it
