Offensive staff.

Cons:

The staff. Especially laying Manuela Maria. She miss represent herself as the manger of the hotel while she only mange the rooms. Got video to prove it

Third and probably our last time
Pros:

Snídaně super, v krádném prostředí, ale nejhezčí kout terasy s výhledem na moře není pro snídaně k dispozici. To mi přijde opravdu škoda, že hoteloví hosté nemůžou naplno využít možnosti, které hotel poskytuje

Cons:

Pro nás to byl třetí pobyt a zřejmě poslední, jezdili jsme předeším kvůli pláži a pohodlným lehátkům. Za poslední roky ale evidentně došlo ke změně a lehátka byla zpoplatněna, personál řešil především jak nás z nich vyhnat. Ta nejpříjemnějsí a nejpohodlnějsí část byla prakticky prázdná a většina hotelových hostů ležela jako second class citizens ve vzdálenější a méně pojhodlné části pláže. To nás opravdu zklamalo

Все было отлично, отель супер, но из-за оплошности с днем рождения ставлю 9/10
Pros:

Расположение, номер, пляж, неплохой завтрак, однообразный но ок, кстати есть шампанское, отличная зона спа, и самое главное контингент посетителей, все чисто и спокойно

Cons:

Персонал почти все супер, но здесь «почти» потому что именно я напоролся на девушку-менеджера, которая просто забыла про мой день рождения, комплимент от отеля мне пришлось практически выпросить и поступил он с 5 дневной задержкой, но комплимент был очень вкусный, так что я все-таки надеюсь это единичный случай. Также меня не предупредили что по субботам надо бронировать лежак на пляже

The location on the beach and great view

Cons:

The staff is rude. My car was damaged in the parking of the hotel. I ask to see the security camera. They refuse and call security on me. A women call Refala miss represent her self as the mangerof the hotel while she only mange the room .... .also denied me the use of the spa after check out, as promised. The reception staff is rude and offencive and laying. ...I call police the police came .and the case is in progress

Cons:

A server or two in the restaurants just didn’t know what they were doing. For the money you’re paying there there shouldn’t be kids running around the pool screaming.

Doskonały hotel z kiepsko zarządzaną plażą i nieprzyjemną obsługą na plaży!
Pros:

Hotel położony z dala od centrum, co stanowi jego atut. W pokoju wspaniałe i wygodne łóżko skierowane na balkon, choć TV zamocowany na ścianie bocznej. Doskonałe i różnorodne śniadanie.

Cons:

Na plaży hotelowej konieczna rezerwacja z wyprzedzeniem, czego nie wspomniano przy zameldowaniu. Parasole i leżaki stały puste czas puste, a personel kierował zainteresowanych gości do części dodatkowo płatnej w promocyjnej cenie 100 EURO za parę. Bardzo niemiła i arogancka obsługa na wejściu na plażę traktująca gościa hotelowego jak zło konieczne!!!!
