No recomiendo este hotel

No recomiendo para nada este hotel, fueron amables hasta que nos entregaron la habitación y pudimos comprobar que el extractor del baño hacia un ruido muy fuerte que no paraba, no podíamos dormir, cuando bajamos a recepción a las 3 de la mañana y tras comprobar que en otras habitaciones era igual, nos dijeron que era normal ese ruido en todo el hotel, ahí fue disminuyendo la amabilidad, pero lo peor fue como nos trataron por la mañana al decir que queríamos cancelar el resto de 2 noches, se negaron en rotundo e incluso se permitió la recepcionista decirme que no tenía tan mala cara después de no dormir esa noche, sus formas me parecieron muy groseras. Viajamos mucho desde hace años y nunca nos habían tratado de esta forma, tengo el suficiente criterio y experiencia en hoteles para afirmar que no recomiendo este hotel, independientemente de lo ocurrido es un hotel que le sobra una estrella, tanto por el bufet como la distancia al centro, es un hotel de grandes masas de gente.

It was brilliant! Great hotel for families visiting Stockholm...
Pros:

Great location and very friendly, efficient staff. The big park across the hotel made the location perfect for walks with our dog and there were lots of charging spots down the street for our car.

Cons:

The room was very warm and the airconditioning wasn't working. However a very friendly staff named Ibo from housekeeping who brought us some bowls for our dog, took time to try and get it working and even though he managed to do so, it wasn't efficient enough to keep the room cool. He did however, bring us an electric fan which made the room a lot more comfortable.......thanks so much Ibo!!
