The hotel's free shuttle is offered from Bus Stop #21 in front of Keio Department Store at Shinjuku Station. It is available every 20-minutes from 08:20 to 21:40.

Aucun effort de la part du personnel afin de comprendre mes besoins car je ne maîtrisais pas bien l’anglais. Ma suite était bruyante et la salle de bains largement obsolète, nulle. Aucun geste particulier malgré ma suite prestige. Je ne vous reconnais pas cet établissement très impersonnel et vieillissant

Great location, clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Waly was great at helping us with directions and ideas.
Stayed at Hilton Tokyo 10-12 May, 2026 and had a very comfortable experience. Excellent location in Shinjuku. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Executive Lounge service was excellent with breakfast options. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful.
The airport limousine bus connection was very convenient making travel from Narita smooth and stress free.
We stayed here for 4 nights on the last leg of our trip through Japan. The hotel is in Shinjuku, about a 15-20 minute to the main train station although there are several metro stops within walking distance. The area around the train station has all the action so the hotel is on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It is a 5 star with all the amenities and luxuries, our suite was nice size although the bathroom size was small with inconvenient door to get in and out of the shower. I would recommend the hotel for the luxury feel and facilities.
Great hotel. Very central. Very friendly staff especially WALY. We spent time at the spa, the Zetta bar, the Metropolitan restaurant and the rich breakfast of course. As I think of it, all over the place. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was fabulous. For sure I will be back.
Stayed for 6 nights and everything is great! The location is central - walking distance to several subway and bus stations; a pickup point of the Airport Limousine Bus; close to many restaurants and shopping places. The room is spacious enough; the staff are very friendly and professional. My mom specifically loves the hotel breakfast. All in all, highly recommended.
