Pros:

The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Nice gym and spa.

Cons:

A few times they sat us at a table pretty far from the breakfast buffet when there were plenty of open tables.

Excellent breakfast, Clean well appointed rooms
Pros:

Clean, nice accommodations as expected. The highlight of this hotel is the incredible breakfast they serve. Highly recommend you take advantage of that before you head out to explore every day. There is a great park across the street with a Starbucks.

Outstanding Service
Pros:

Absolutely the best hotel we have stayed at. Great restaurants and rooms were amazing. They have a shuttle to Shinjuku Station which makes it super easy to get anywhere. The best part though is the service. Simply outstanding. So accommodating, professional and friendly. Will absolutely stay here on our next trip!

It does not deserve any point at all.
Pros:

We did not like the facility at all from the beginning the way that welcoming and asking the deposit for nothing in the room at all. No any good explanation of the facility. Not deserve the price at all. 1 star level of quality. Just we booked as we trusted the chain name of Hilton but we made a mistake

Cons:

Even we waited in the queue at breakfast while the whole place was empty. Less than a star;(very big shame . I will never ever advise or stay any of Hilton any more. 😡

Pros:

Я выбрала вариант с лоунжем и ужином. Кормили и поили превосходно. Можно было употреблять то, что в баре, бесплатно.

Cons:

В букинге выставили одну цену. Эта цена повысилась на 20000 иен на ресепшене. Не знаю, почему. Кстати, команда Букинга, не могли бы узнать, в чём дело?

Perfect stay
Pros:

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

The price is reasonable for a nice Tokyo hotel, everything clean, staff is terrific, everything works great. Rooms are modern and well-maintained. It’s super-conveniently located to most of the city and has a convenience store in the basement.

Everyone there is wonderfully helpful and the atmosphere welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Finally, the sushi bar is top-notch (though priced appropriately!)

I’ll be coming back every time I return to Tokyo from now on.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Stayed here for three nights prior to a cruise.

The hotel is very well situated for exploring Tokyo, we primarily used Ubers or walked but the metro is very close should you wish to use it. The hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle bus to the main train station.

There's a good amount of shops bars and restaurants in close proximity. Turn right out of the hotel and nice little supermarket as well.

The breakfast was excellent, we used the downstairs buffet on one occasion, but as we were in a premium suite we used the dedicated lounge on the other mornings.

My son and nephew used the gym and said it was modern and well equipped.

Staff were very professional and attentive and the three rooms we had were all a good size, had a good selection of English channels and were kept clean by housekeeping. Our room had a stocked complimentary minibar.

The only thing my wife didn't like about the room was the bathroom, it featured a sliding door on the outside, so if someone was having a bath or shower then whoever was in the main room could slide the door open and peer through the glass window behind at whoever is showering or bathing and the person in the bathroom can't close it to restore privacy. It is odd, but maybe its a Japanese thing.

There were six of us and we all agreed it was a great hotel, the breakfast selection being a highlight, and it was a fantastic hotel to come back to after a day out exploring.
