The Wellness Center is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 20:10.

Children aged 5 to 14 will only be able to access the panoramic swimming pool area accompanied by their parents and exclusively from 19:00 to 20:10 - under 5 years of age it will not be possible to access the SPA services.

An okay hotel with unfriendly and inflexible staff
Pros:

It is in a good area close to etna

Cons:

The room was awful we were on the 3rd floor so the ceiling was very low as it was In the roof.
The aircon kept turning off.
We could hear someone on there phone in the early morning so the rooms are not sound proofed.
We tried to check in early and they said our room wasn’t ready so we left our cases with the receptionist.
When we can back they were still there and no one had taken them up to our room and we were gone for over 5 hours.

Molto deludente
Pros:

La vista stupenda, la colazione molto abbondante, la piscina grande, piscina per bambini e la spa grande sono i punti forza di questo hotel.
I piatti del ristorante buoni.
La palestra con un tapirulan, una cyclette, un vogatore, uno multifunzione. Pesi fino a 10kg. Pochi ma, buoni.

Cons:

●In camera abbiamo visto uscire la sera in totale 3 scarafaggi dai muri che presentavano buchi. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio immediato di camera. All'inizio non ci hanno soddisfatto, perchè a loro dire erano tutte occupate. Insistendo almeno 3 volte ci è stata data una camera con vista (forse costava di piu e non volevano offrircela nonostante l'inconveniente). Completava la camera un bagno con piatto doccia spaccato, telefono doccia poco funzionante, porta della doccia non si chiudeva,polvere, tv senza un braccio per poterla girare verso il letto, asciugamani tutti diversi e qualcuno mancante, poca luce nonostante tutte le luci accese.
●nella nuova camera c'era una ragnatela grande quanto la finestra, la finestra non si chiudeva del tutto, la porta del bagno non si chiudeva del tutto, manca la luce nonostante tutte le luci accese, vetri delle finestre sporche.

In entrambe le camere si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni, quindi manca l'insonorizzazione.
La spa presentava sul tetto piccole chiazze di muffa.
La struttura non è adatta a persone anziane, troppe scale, strada ripida, un labirinto.
Parcheggio scomodo, la maggior parte degli stalli delineati sono in salita ripidissima, tra l'altro insufficienti per totale numero di ospiti nelle camere dell'hotel, la macchina l'ultima sera abbiamo dovuto lasciarla in strada nonostante quando su prenoti, l'app chiede se hai bisogno di un posto auto.

Più che un 4 stelle, direi un 2/3 stelle.

Overall comfortable and a good base for visiting Etna. Definitely need a car to go anywhere else.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok to good, room was adequate. Good size hotel meaning it was possible to use pool without overcrowding.

Cons:

Bar/food prices high. Soundproofing between rooms and corridor were a little insufficient

Soggiorno consigliato. Tutto lo staff molto gentili.
Pros:

Con questa sarebbe la terza volta che pernottiamo in questa struttura. Ogni anno vediamo dei miglioramente. La nostra camera come altre ristrutturate. Piscina esterna ok. C'è anche una piccola piscina per i bimbi. Colazione come sempre molto ricca, abbondante. Abbiamo fatto per la prima volta cena. Il Maitre (capo sala) Carmelo è all'attezza di questo compito, gentile, sa consigliare ottime pietanze molto disponibile e solerte. Palestra non applicabile.

Cons:

Da migliorare la SPA. Tuttavia buona esperienza si capisce dal fatto che ritorniamo sempre. Nonostante piccole difficolta, che potrebbe essere soggettiva, consiglio fortemente questa struttura, non ve ne pentirete.

Pros:

Pool was grate

Cons:

From the Parking you have to go uphill and do one floor stairs before getting to the lift for the reception,recommend stopping in the street to put your luggage at the reception before going to the Parking
Breakfast,you have lots of choice even sicily granita but it's served outside lots of smal fly raining around the food and the table,restaurant same problem fly every where but food was excellent
Perhaps is because our days in the hotel was during a heatwave 42 degrees.

Luogo di relax e rifugio dall'afa
Pros:

Posizione panoramica, spazi esterni: giardino con piscina, ristorante e bar immersi fra gli alberi secolari, parcheggio interno. Bella la SPA, accessibile quotidianamente e gratuitamente. Gentilezza e professionalità di tutto il personale. Ottimo il ristorante con una menzione particolare per la sig.ra Mariarosa e il sig. Carmelo.
Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il relax sotto l'ombra e il refrigerio della quercia (quando in tutta la Sicilia c'erano più di 40 gradi).
