The golf was good. Much of the hotel needs refurbishment, some cleanliness issues in bathroom
Pros:

Hot breakfast was luke warm at best. Only 1 choice of milk, no yogurt 1 day,

Cons:

Evening meals very little choice. Condiments had to be requested after meals were served. Water jugs had to be requested. Breakfast tables were not cleared very quickly.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness trying to make improvements⁷, golf course (emerald).

Cons:

Tired and run down. Staff were very young and inexperienced - they have not been properly trained. The food menu was the same every night with only one vegetarian option. Breakfast was good but on the busiest days cold and they had days where some basic ingredients ( baked beans ,yoghurt were off yhe menu as they had run out!!

Convenient for our plans. Would consider staying again but the place needs some attention to detail to improve.

TV would not work; manager did get it working for the evening but didn’t work next morning.
Appalling coffee.
Bar staff couldn’t even get a simple sandwich order right,

A relaxed and easy way to have a break.
Pros:

Room faced towards the golf course and the surrounding trees, and had a small terrace. Definitely a bonus.

My overall experience was not what I expected for the calibre of hotel/resort.
Pros:

I used the gym during my stay.

Cons:

1. No air con!
2. No bottled water in the fridge?
3. I was asked to pay a £5 supplement for avocado on toast with eggs? Reluctantly paid the supplement but whilst eating my breakfast had to remove bits of the exterior of the avocado!!!
4. There was also an additional charge of £4 if you wanted a latte?
