I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Gurugram. Everything about the experience was smooth and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the front office staff—especially Tanisha. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her warm attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!
