Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy dobrze, czysto, cicho i w dobrej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Hotel z fajnym położeniem nad samym jeziorem, czysty, w pokojach było cicho. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i dodatkowo można za darmo wypożyczyć rowery.

Cons:

Wi-Fi praktycznie nie działało, w łazience u nas w pokoju codziennie pod prysznicem był jakiś brud jak czarny piasek, może cement z płytek się sypał, albo coś innego. O ile pokój bardzo sympatyczny to łazienka jednak stara.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Pros:

If you're looking for a relaxing poolside getaway with beautiful views of Lake Garda, this is definitely the place. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to receptionist Oleg. The location is close to the center of Sirmione, yet far from the crowds of tourists. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Vergognoso: downgrade forzato, bugie a catena e direttrice latitante.
Abbiamo prenotato con quasi un anno di anticipo (19 settembre 2025) una camera Quadrupla al piano terra per stare più larghi con mio marito e mio figlio di 11 anni.
Al nostro arrivo il 9 agosto 2026 la nostra camera era occupata.
Siamo stati declassati a forza in una stanza Tripla al secondo piano, con un bagno imbarazzante dotato di una semplice tenda.
Come se non bastasse, la struttura ha provato a giustificarsi spacciando la cosa come un "upgrade" solo perché c'era un terrazzino vista lago di Garda. Quando ho chiesto di parlare con la direttrice, quest'ultima si è rifiutata di metterci la faccia e ha costretto il receptionist a inventarsi una terza versione: il condizionatore della nostra quadrupla era improvvisamente "rotto".
Penso di avere il diritto di prenotare ciò che voglio e di decidere cosa sia per me l'upgrade, che per me era una camera con due letti più grandi e NON LA VISTA LAGO.
Per di più la nostra tripla aveva un bagno con la doccia con la tenda e non con la cabina doccia come nelle foto delle altre stanze.
Quindi il fatto che io abbia dormito SOLO una notte, ha dato il diritto allo staff di decidere LORO dove io e la mia famiglia dovevamo dormire.
Gestione imbarazzante, basata su bugie continue e totale mancanza di rispetto per i clienti. DELUSA COMPLETAMENTE. NON CI SI COMPORTA COSÌ!
