Pros:

Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Waterfront. In laufnähe gibt es daher einige Restaurants und einen Convinience Store.
Direkt vor dem Studio fahren Busse nach Portland ab. Also auch da alles sehr gut angebunden

Great location, reasonable price, and convenient.
Pros:

Location was good. There is not a pet area, but you can easily walk them through town. If I was staying in the area I would be okay staying here again and just know what to expect. For the price, it is a great option.

Cons:

Better area for pets, parking a larger vehicle can be difficult, only two pillows on a queen bed (for those who prefer more, just a heads up) and rooms are not very soundproof.

Great Value In Downtown Vancouver
Pros:

Staff, good location, spacious, comfortable and great value.

Cons:

Housekeeping needed to clean to a higher standard (pet hair, human hair on towels, dirty floors) but the facilities were spacious and well-equipped (great large refrigerator) and robust older fixtures (no stupid low-flow showers or toilets--The Real Thing) and that is Essential. So just needed more attention to detail and occasional mopping of floors.

Pros:

We got the night of the reservations mixed up. The little man on the other side of the window, said no tomorrow as he slams the door shut on us. I asked what we were going to reply as I don't care. This wouldn't have been much of a problem normally except that I'm in a wheelchair and no buses were running at 12:30 am. I've stayed at this hotel many many times. I even work downtown, which is why I like to stay there. More times than not the customers are treated rudely and disrespectfully. I just felt it was about time someone spoke up.

Good for the amount paid, great location. Some improvement needed.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and I noticed that the mattress had an enclosed mattress protector on it, which was nice to see. The housekeeping staff were accommodating and the light in the front window was nice.

Cons:

Upon doing a sweep of the room, I tend to just do an extra wipe down. In the bathroom, I found a bloody tooth on the back of the sink sill, the shower curtain had stains (indicative of blood), and the sheets had hair on them plus holes in them. Looked like singe marks but could have also been overwash/bleach. The sheets did smell clean though.

I had to remember that some people use this facility as a long stay, there were cat scratch marks on the desk chair. I didn't smell or see any other pet damage though. I paid about $100 a night and I expect for that price, some cleanliness opportunities but what I encountered was in excess of what I would expect for what I paid.

Regardless, the staff was nice. The lobby does smell of Indian food (not bad) but if you have a sensitivity could be a concern. The housekeeper was really nice to assist me with changing the sheets and the shower curtain during my stay. I'm glad I brought Clorox wipes to further disinfect the bathroom upon finding that tooth.

Location is close to multiple restaurants and locations. There are some unhoused individuals near but nothing that was concerning or that I felt unsafe.
