Pros:

Was clean and great walking distance to downtown I recommend this stay 100%

Cons:

I believe his name was Gary, front desk. There was a minor situation with another room being loud and when we went down, he immediately took care of the situation and moved our room. Was so helpful and completely understanding.

Great location, not very good hotel.
Pros:

Great location, lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Good parking.

Cons:

A non smoking room isn’t really a non smoking room if your neighbors smoke, and you can smell it. I think it was coming through my bathroom vent. My room smelled of stale smoke, it must have been a smoking room at one time. Stayed 3 days room was never cleaned, never got fresh towels, never had trash emptied. Walls are very thin. A majority of the noise was late at night or very early in the morning.

We switched hotels
Pros:

The location was fine. We ended up going to a different hotel but the front desk guy was very nice.

Cons:

The comforter was ripped, had burn holes in it, there was black hair on the pillow.

Pros:

The hotel was surprisingly decent, especially compared to Motel 6. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, and even the fridge was larger than in a typical hotel. Parking was a breeze, and my car remained perfectly intact.

Cons:

The young woman at the reception was quite unfriendly, and I genuinely felt like I was inconveniencing her by checking in.

She mentioned a $50 security deposit, which was fine, but I never got it back, even though I left the room spotless, without any damage, and placed the key inside the room as instructed (I only stayed one night).

I also noticed some long black hair on the sink, which didn’t bother me much, but it was odd they clearly skipped cleaning it up (especially since I have short hair).

Convenient location.
Pros:

Didn't know they had Breakfast.

Cons:

Alot of late night noise from Others staying there. Need to enforce a NO NOISE ORDINANCE after 10 PM. People and Dogs were outside after 2 a.m. Talking loud and animals Barking. No CONCERN at all for others!!!

A one night stay
Pros:

The location in the downtown area was good. The room was clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

With all the signs warning about leaving personal possessions in vehicles and locking all the locks and chain when inside your room, it felt a bit dodgy for a solo female traveler. I didn’t experience any problems but did jump at sounds initially.

Easy and quick stay approved. Well lit in a shady corner.
Pros:

I liked the location, right down the street from my appointment and next to a bunch of good eats.

Cons:

The sheets had a small blood stain on it so I slept over all the covers. And the toilet kept running for so long after every flush.
