Lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile sin da subito. La stanza è andata oltre le nostre aspettative!
Pros:

La colazione servita era ricca di alternative. Essendo intollerante al lattosio, ho chiesto se ci fosse un'opzione anche per me, e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dalle proposte che mi sono state servite. Ottimo il cappuccino di soia!

È una bellissima struttura,sia fuori che dentro. Anche se ho alloggiato soltanto per una notte,mi sono comunque sentita a mio agio e mi sono trovata molto bene. Anche la colazione molto abbondante,da quella dolce a quella salata,si trova tutto e di più. All'interno è presente anche il Ristorante, ho pranzato nella struttura e devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Il personale del ristorante molto alla mano,sorridenti e professionali. Personalmente una nota speciale a Carmine il Signore della Reception, molto di cuore,molto simpatico e ci sa fare davvero con la clientela,sa interfacciarsi molto bene con i clienti. Per il cliente questo tipo di atteggiamento,questo tipo di approccio è molto fondamentale. Ma comunque tutti bravi,nulla da dire. Alla prossima

Bella esperienza
Pros:

Camera molto grande comoda e bella completa di tutto ciò che serve per un ottimo soggiorno compreso il comodissimo parcheggio della struttura
Buona la colazione,aggiungerei solamente un po' di dolci tipici napoletani,ed un buon ristorante.
Comodissimo per gli eventi che si tengono al Dual club....basta attraversare la strada!

Although we did not receive the reserved room with a balcony upon check-in, the receptionist Mr. Alberto made an effort and found a solution. We received a room with a balcony, which was even larger than the one reserved. Parking space in the garage under the hotel, which is video monitored. Breakfast was continental with a medium selection

Posizione strategica e parcheggio gratuito

Cons:

Pulizia della stanza pessima : lenzuola con macchie ormai indelebili, addirittura piumino direttamente sul corpo e lenzuolo da sopra al piumino cioè il contrario dell igiene ; capelli o peli estranei in giro nelle lenzuola , bagno funzionante ma bordo mattonelle con strati di lanugine quindi mai pulite
Colazione industriale scarse qualità.

La comodità rispetto il luogo del concerto io Duel Club

Cons:

La struttura durante il nostro soggiorno ospitava un grande gruppo di persone e queste persone hanno fatto molto rumore durante le ore del riposo inoltre a colazione hanno saccheggiato il buffet della colazione dell'hotel
Lasciando altri ospiti senza possibilità di poter scegliere la colazione e questo scendendo a fare colazione alle ore 8 50 quindi ben 40 minuti prima della chiusura, purtroppo l'hotel non era neache attrezzato per sostenere questo livello di volume a colazione
Il tutto condito da confusione e maleducazione di queste persone d
Quindi attenzione che se l'hotel ospita super gruppi non è più un posto confortevole
