Mr Siivaragulaksmi and other staff were very helpful..
The rooms were not as shown in pictuews. The breakfast.. The fruits were stored in freezer and the same was served everyday..The fruits were not good..
The rooms were slightly dated, but had character and were very clean. Wifi was good.
The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing, not worth the extra money.
Everything was excellent the staff are friendly and welcoming
Nothing
It's has great potential and location is great - it's has a great pool area though and beach is close
Rooms are terrible - beds are even worse - shower is average
Air-conditioning stays on and remote does nothing - had to turn all power off
I hate to leave a bad review but on this one I can’t really help it. We only stayed one night but even for the short amount of time, we did not have a good experience staying here.
First of all, not clean when we came. There were a lot of black hairs in the bathroom. Then when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. So I ended up having to take a cold shower in a dirty bathtub.
Since we were only staying one night to catch our flight the next morning, I figured I wasn’t gonna say something. But when I saw there was hundreds of ants crawling up in our ceiling by the bed, I couldn’t help it.
We got a new room and the lady in the reception was nice but still - I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to, especially not for a vacation.
The service and people was very nice and good service. The room and hotel needed a big renovation and the rooms as well. It was very dirty at the sea with trash laying around and a lot of seaweed on the beach. It’s a very touristy place but not a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches at Seychelles as we the sea was rough do the the western winds.
The tranquility
We did not get hot water for bathing...it was freezing
Located 3 minutes walk from the beach, offers free tea and coffee during the day.
Old and very basic. The hot water was absent about 50% of time.
LOCATION AND CUSTOMER CARE
THE BEHAVIOR OF ONE SECURITY OFFICER
The warm reception
The break fast is very poor
Location is amazing. Minutes away from the beach and close to all other facilities such as shops restaurants etc...
The hotel could do with a little up do in renovation and offer comfier beds.
