Pleasant
Pros:

Location was good and plenty of parking available.

Cons:

The bed/mattress needs to be replaced as was uncomfortable and found myself rolling to the middle if the bed. Room itself was a bit on the small side.

Super convenient location, comfortable with great facilities.

Cons:

Exacting what we needed for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Room was small but had everything that we needed. Clean, tidy and modern.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. Booking.com stated that we could use the leisure facilities but we were not offered this when we checked in.

Nice hotel but perhaps a bit lacking in breakfast options.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. We had an upgraded room and it was worth the price. We had a family get together and were lucky as the restaurant was not busy. Service at the meal was good.

Cons:

I felt that compares to the general standard of the hotel the breakfast was rather poor.

Overpriced for paper thin walls - don’t stay if you are noise sensitive
Pros:

Nicely decorated and clean

Cons:

Paper thin walls with basically zero soundproofing meant you could hear everything in the room next door and I mean everything - conversations, private activities and bathroom use. £12 a night just to park your car there as a paying guest is also ridiculous.

Average at best
Pros:

Lovely restaurant and breakfast area with conservatory which was nice in the sunshine. Good selection of breakfast choices.
Centrally located.

Cons:

The rooms are really small with virtually no room around the bed and the whole of the remaining floor area taken up with a large armchair which we were forced to wrestle under a shelf to allow us to put open both our suitcases on the floor; there is no designated area to put a suitcase never mind two! There was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom so it was just a steamy hot mess after you used the shower and the only way to air it was by leaving the door open and using the room air conditioning. There was no fridge in the room and limited beverage choices i.e.only 2 English breakfast tea bags so we couldn’t both have a drink before bed and waking. Also our room was not serviced so no tea at all on the 2nd night
