Reasonable location for the city but overpriced given the general state of rooms and reception.
Cons:

Poor/noisy aircon on the hottest weekend of the year. Aircon not working in some rooms.
Generally tired looking.

値段もお手頃なのに期待以上でした！
Pros:

子供2人と家族4人で泊まりました。ソファベッドがあるだけという説明でしたが、実際にはさらに1台簡易ベッドが用意されて、ゆっくり休む事ができました。部屋はきれいで広々としていました。カプチーノマシンや冷蔵庫、エアコンがありました。

Disappointing stay.
Pros:

The friendly and helpful staff who put up with many problems.

Cons:

The catering! I was given a salad which was appalling. Limp lettuce and brown stems yuck! Fortunately they gave me a fresh one. Breakfast was also questionable. Scrambled eggs seperating, stale pastry, rubbery mushrooms etc. Cleanliness in the restaurant was not good with a dirty carpet. The trim on our table was peeling off and a chair near us had all its stuffing hanging down.

Pros:

Liked the parking good location decor nice

Cons:

Breakfast poor cooked on a number of mornings No milk on one morning. Water served directly from coffee machine therefore luke warm. This was not always the case on our 4 previous visits, purchased a cup of tea pm time served with no lid on teapot by female Managerwho was less than approachable and quite rude. Restaurant and breakfast staff including the male Manager very professional and helpful. Public toilets off the restaurant area poorly maintained, dirty. Door handles on male cubicles not working with the exception of one.Disappointing stay this time.

Thoroughly disappointing pool. Tiny room. Stained upholstery.
Pros:

It was in a convenient location for our visit. Working air conditioning.

Cons:

Tiny room, barely enough room for suitcases. Awkward waltz required for two people to move around the room.

Upholstery on (puzzlingly large for the size of the room) armchair complete with mystery stains.

We chose this hotel planning to use the pool on Saturday morning. Website promises “true relaxation” in the pool - planned to spend an hour relaxing in the morning before heading out, however there was a very loud, chaotic organised children’s swimming lesson occurring. Screaming children and chanting nursery rhymes are not my idea of relaxation and made the pool completely unusable all morning. This was not advertised on the website.

Gym/Pool changing rooms barely functional - locker doors all falling off the hinges. Sauna not working.

Location good. Comfy bed.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location to go to the royal theatre and concert hall. Decent room and bed was comfy. Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The spa was dingy and small and jacuzzi and sauna out of action. So wasn’t in there very long. The staff on the bar didn’t have a clue what they were doing. They were both foreign and didn’t really understand English properly which did not help!

I enjoyed my stay and had a lovely evening with family.
Pros:

It is always friendly and the staff are helpful. It is convenient for the park and ride.
I always enjoy the bar.

Cons:

This time there was no fan in the bathroom which made everything damp.

Cons:

Hairs over the bed. Sold the room as having air con but when I arrived they said it wasn't working in 'any' of the 'large' rooms. Floors are covered in stains and absolutely disgusting. Nothing looks cleaned at all, just slightly re-arranged. Staff are despondent and rude. Said they could bring a fan to the room but never did. Eventually 'found' a room when I asked for a refund and to leave but I should never have had to be in that position in the first instance and nor should I be made to negotiate with staff who seemed not to care at all. Terrible luke warm breakfast as well, with minimal options and slow to restock items.
