Convenient location
Pros:

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice loved having fresh fruit. Friendly staff on arrival

Cons:

The room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in as the air conditioning was not working. Bed was not the comfiest and the duvet was not a summer one. Would have been better if it had free parking

Good size room and good facilities and great location.

Cons:

Additional costs to check in early even though the room was ready.
£50 deposit taken when checking in. All hotels I have stayed at previously will take your credit card details and only charge for damages after your stay.
Some bar staff inexperienced and quite slow. Others seemed to pick and choose which guests they were going to serve after last orders.

Really dirty carpet in bedroom
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the bed was super comfy

Cons:

Big dirty stains on the floor, (looked like vomit) the jacuzzi and steam room being out of use and no one informed us there would be children's swimming lessons on so we were unable to use the pool.
Also there was no view.
Breakfast was disappointing as we were waiting for things to be topped up like mushrooms, hash browns eggs, tomatoes.
It was incredibly disorganised

De locatie is top en je kan er makkelijk parkeren

Cons:

We hadden eerst een kamer gekregen die erg stonk door een lekkende airco, de tweede kamer was wel netjes. Maar we hadden nog een kamer en daar was de airco stuk dus ook daar naar een andere kamer gemoeten. Uiteindelijk was alles wel geregeld en hebben we een prima verblijf gehad, maar daar hebben we ons wel zelf nog even druk om moeten maken

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Rooms were nice, beds were very comfy. Had air con which was needed for the hot weekend. Has a nice pub locally and on site bar. Had a pool table and darts board

Disappointing, but breakfast was good. Staff were nice

Staff were very pleasant

Cons:

No A/C in the room so it was very hot. I booked with this hotel because it had A/C. No one advised us there was no A/C in our room when we checked in at the hotel.
Remote for TV was not working.
Have to pay for parking

Look close, it's a bit gross
Pros:

Location...we could walk to town and back for the theatre. Staff were friendly on reception and they offered us a free breakfast! (if we gave a 5 star Google review in their presence) and now we know why...

Cons:

...the hotel is shabby. The TV and air con in the room did not work. They sent 2 fans and one was broken.
There were stains on the chair. The tables at breakfast were peeling...I appreciate they've tried to update the decor but it's surface level, look close and it's a bit gross!
