La posizione è strategica per visitare la città a piedi, lasciando l'auto nel vicino parcheggio del porto (a pagamento) e per un bel panorama sulla fortezza veneziana e sul porto Camera ampia e pulita con un bel bagno privato dotato di tutto. Personale molto cordiale e pronto a soddisfare le richieste del momento. La colazione nella sala all'ultimo piano è di buona qualità e sicuramente un notevole valore aggiunto.
It is near the ferry port, the inter-city bus terminal, and the bus stop to catch the #1 bus to the airport, each is about 5-10 minute walk. It is in a quiet area but not far from the old town. Room was of reasonable size for two and had a large, open balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with typical choices common in Crete.
Our room smelled bad when we walked in. It turned out the smell came from the drain by the sink in the bathroom. After flushing it with two cups of hot water, the smell was gone. However, we found out the floor was really dirty after it was wet, disappointing; we just used the slippers provided in the room all the time.
Location was excellent with wonderful views of the harbour and out to sea. Restaurant also had the same views and restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was tasty and plentiful.
Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room. Also charges for two small bottles of water left in fridge I thought was a little bit excessive.
