Fui en junio de 2026 con mi madre que es de la tercera edad. La ubicación es perfecta, porque es tan cerca del Santuario que no teníamos que caminar mucho. El personal, increíble, las chicas de recepción nos ayudaron en todo, se portaron muy amables. Llegamos en unos días de mucho calor, y nos cambiaron a una habitación con aire acondicionado sin ningún costo adicional, y eso nos salvó la vida! El desayuno espectacular, si eres de los que necesita un buen desayuno con huevos, pan, bollería dulce y salada, café, yogurth, fruta, zumo, todo hay. Lo recomiendo tomarlo. Las habitaciones son dignas de un hotel 3 estrellas, nada de lujo y de tamaño regular, pero están perfectas para la estadía y muy limpias Si regreso a Lourdes algún día, seguro será al Hotel Continental.

Lady lost in hotel

There was a very nice gentleman on reception duty on friday night who helped us with a major problem.

Cons:

Our big problem was the shower it was not only very outdated the door seals were extremley bad, when using the shower the floor got flooded therefore it was not suitable to use..
On arrival there was an elderly lady who I later found out was Italian was wandering around the 1st floor as I was heading to the room with my bags. She was trying all the door and asking me questions I did not understand when we opened the door to our room she walked in behind us, I had to bring down to reception and ask the reptionist to find out who she was unfortunatley the receptionist could not help there was no one else to help and I was concerned the lady was confused and would end up getting lost.I left the hotel with the lady to try and find someone who could communitate with her ,eventually a young women in the jewllery shop next door said she is Italian I ask her for her name and we went back into the hotel. I asked the receptionist to check register to see if the ladies name was on it she said it was and that her room was on the 3rd floor I asked her for a pass key to let the lady in to her room.
I brought her up to the 3rd floor showed her how use the pass key and let her in. On the way down the stairs there was a lady housekeeper with some english I asked to look out for the elderly lady as I was concerned for her.☹️

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Rooms are ok. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom also comfortable. I would recommend to remove the carpet. It is old and it gives a very old fashion and dirty look while the room is actually good and clean.
Air conditioning was perfect. Breakfast a bit too basic, but ok. Location is perfect. Price: good value.

Muy dejado pero hacen lo que pueden

No tenían aire acondicionado así que nos reubicaron en otro hotel, un detalle porque después de viajar a 40⁰ lo último hubiera sido seguir pasando calor

A due passi dalla Grotta
Pros:

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione vicino a tutti i servizi e vicinissimo alla grotta che si raggiunge in soli 3 minuti a piedi. Letti comodissimi e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il bagno un po piccolo, dotato di vasca e non di doccia.
