Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings die Preisleistung stimmt vollkommen. Das Frühstück war sehr auswahlreich und lecker. Das Hotel liegt etwas 200 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, sehr praktisch.

Prima hotel qua prijs, kwaliteit, maar verschrikkelijke nachtdienst.
Pros:

Ontbijt was ok.
Bediening attent en netjes

Cons:

Bij aankomst laat in de avond, zat de nachtdienst aan de balie.
De man had kennelijk een slechte avond want hij was enorm onbeschoft en snauwde me af omdat ik eerst naar een parkeerplaats vroeg in plaats van mezelf eerst voor te stellen.

Er ontstond een felle woordenwisseling die nergens over ging maar verre van klantvriendelijkheid te onderscheiden was. Zeer naar persoon die het hotel vertegenwoordigd en een vieze nasmaak achterliet toen het bezoek nog meost beginnen.

Overig personeel de volgende ochtend erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar deze clown zouden ze per direct moeten laten gaan. Op basis daarvan ga ik er niet meer naartoe.

Pros:

Quarto individual de bom tamanho, oferece todo conforto. Ótima localização, perto da estação de trem e da praça do castelo onde estão as principais atrações da cidade. Eles oferecem alguns mimos que dificilmente se recebe em outros hotéis. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Ducha maravilhosa. Super recomendo.

Cons:

O colchão era um pouco mole. Minha coluna reclamou.
