Chambre moderne et bien insonorisé

Séjour agréable, mais service après-séjour inacceptable dans mon cas. Impossible d’obtenir une facture détaillée pour ma réservation prépayée sur Booking.com : l’hôtel me renvoie vers Booking, tandis que Booking me confirme que l’établissement doit la fournir.

Plusieurs échanges avec la superviseure des opérations et le directeur adjoint Michel n’ont donné aucune solution. On m’explique les contraintes administratives de l’hôtel, mais ma demande reste sans réponse concrète.

Je voyage régulièrement pour affaires et j’obtiens mes factures dans les autres établissements réservés par Booking. Je ne m’attendais pas à devoir multiplier les démarches pour un document aussi élémentaire.

J’avais apprécié mon séjour et j’aurais considéré cet hôtel pour mes déplacements réguliers à Québec en 2027. Cette expérience m’a fait perdre confiance et je réserverai ailleurs.
