Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, cedar bath was lovely.

Cons:

Would be a good idea to tell guests the building is locked between midnight and 5 so they can’t leave or come back between those times before they book.

Pros:

駅から遠くなかった。部屋もきれいでスタッフの対応も丁寧だった。また利用したい

Cons:

エアコンの排水がテラスに漏れていた。テラスが目隠し板ですべて覆われていた、個人住宅も多く仕方ないとは思うが、せめて空が見えるようだったらよかった。

Pros:

Nonostante la camera fosse una singola, c’era sufficiente spazio per muoversi, ho apprezzato molto la cura dei dettagli, dalle ciabatte da camera, i prodotti d bagno e la presenza della piastra per i capelli.
La struttura era molto pulita e curata. La colazione veramente buona e lo staff molto gentile.

Cons:

La vasca/doccia è bellissima, una delle chicche della struttura, ma essendo in legno odora un po’ di umido

Pleasant stay. Lovely Staff. Great location. Value for money.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and were able to communicate in English. The Japanese bathtub was a perfect touch to relax after a very long day. The staff gave advise about local amenities and even the places I was intending to visit. The breakfast was a nice addition.

Cons:

The only thing which I’d not realised was the 12pm curfew which meant I had to cut my night short slightly.

Nice cute place, living in residential area gives you experience the real day to day life of Kyoto
Pros:

Great hotel nestled in a nice and quiet residential area. The staff, specially the manager, he was very supportive. The location of his hotel made it easier for us to travel around as its not far from attractions and train.

Cons:

The property is locked from midnight to 5:00 a.m., a major restriction that was not clearly disclosed before booking. Because I had an early flight, I was concerned about reaching the airport on time and was forced to leave the property at 11:55 p.m. to ensure I would not miss my flight.

The property did not match the impression created by the photos, the breakfast was disappointing, and I found the owner’s attitude aggressive and unwelcoming when I raised concerns about my flight and transportation arrangements.

Important restrictions and conditions should be clearly disclosed before guests make a reservation.
