Una oda al buen trato y al cariño.

El personal de Wanosato Kyoto Musee fue excelente en el trato, jamás he sido tratado con tanto cariño delicadez y buen hacer como aquí todos los miembros nos recibían nos trataban como auténticos huéspedes de valor. Durante 20 días hemos estado en muchos sitios pero en ninguno como en Wanosato Kyoto Musee, a la hora de hacer o pedir cualquier cosa, nos escucharon, nos ayudaron y buscaron por solucionar nuestro problema, recuerdo Kyoto como uno de los sitios mas bonito de mi vida, y Wanosato Kyoto Musee tubo gran parte de esa visión, ya que me dejaron con ganas de volver. Somos español y estamos acostumbrados al trato rápido y despreocupado de Europa, pero En Wanosato hemos aprendido que donde duermes, desayunas y pasas tus horas de descanso es parte CRUCIAL del viaje, gracias al personal de noche por hacernos el Tayikubin, o por habilitarnos una zona de fumadores, sabiendo de nuestras necesidad. Quiero volver al sitio, para volver a visitarles. Gracias, muchas graicas.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The rooms were beautiful and it was quite close to a lot of temples and Kawaramachi

I wish the breakfast had been more traditional, I am not a big fan of sweet breakfasts and I felt like it mostly was sweet.

Good location, just a few min walk from train station and 20/30min walk to main temples. Shopping district and Geisha district nearby as well. Staff very attentive. Free umbrellas to take when needed

Cons:

Breakfast a bit boring after a few days. You cannot choose what to eat, you are just given a tray. Bathroom wood is a bit deteriorated in areas. Room small like everywhere else in Japan. No socializing area. No place to get water. Room could have been a bit cleaner.

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen und sehr sauber.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal mit guten Englisch Kenntnissen war vor Ort.

Cons:

In der Buchungsbestätigung ist zu lesen, dass es sich um ein „only Woman“ Hotel handelt.

Dies hatte uns zu erst verunsichert. Im Nachgang stellte sich heraus das es nicht der Fall ist und sich jeder ein Zimmer nehmen kann.
Falls explizit danach gesucht wird kann sich auf diese Angabe nicht verlassen werden.

Ebenfalls fanden wir es merkwürdig den Zimmerschlüssel beim Verlassen des Hotels abgeben zu müssen.
Das Hotel ist von 00:00-05:00 Uhr geschlossen man muss also vor Mitternacht dort sein, weil man anderenfalls die Nacht nicht mehr hineinkommt.

京都東を回るなら連泊も有り
Pros:

部屋も十分に広く、あると助かるアメニティ等は基本的に押さえていたのが良かったです。部屋も清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

個人的にお風呂に椅子や桶、アメニティのシャンプー等を置く台があれば助かりました。床板の黒ずんでいるところは気になる人は気になるかもしれません。
