Beautiful place to stay
Pros:

This is a beautiful place with amazing sunsets, comfy room facilities, nice food and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The beach is stones and the entrance into the sea is not the best in Cyprus but as I live in Cyprus anyway it did not bother me.

A group of about 20 people from the company Upstars held drunken late-night parties—complete with shouting, noise, and singing—for three nights in a row. Despite my complaint after 1:00 AM, the night receptionist did nothing, and the drunken shouting continued for over an hour longer. Three nights in a row is simply too much...

האוכל היה סביר, התארחנו בערב טברנה שהמלון מציע בעלות 55 אירו לבן אדם. חטפתי קלקול קיבה והמלון התנער מלקיחת אחריות. בעלי דיבר עם שירות הלקוחות לפני ההגעה וציין שאני חוגגת יומהולדת והמלון אמר שתחכה לנו עוגה כשנגיע , בפועל לא הייתה שום עוגה. ביום השני הגקוזי היה סגור כל היום לרגל תחזוקה.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! It’s a beautiful hotel and a great choice for families looking for a relaxing holiday.

A huge thank you to the Kids Club team — our kids absolutely loved it!

We stayed in a spacious family room in the East Wing. Everything was well organized and the staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming.

A special thank you to the room service team — anything we asked for arrived very quickly — and to Lana at the pool bar, who was always so friendly and made our time by the pool even more enjoyable.

The only thing we would improve is the breakfast — a little more variety from day to day would be nice.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Good view but not worth it
Pros:

The view was nice but the staff at the bottom restaurant were not so friendly. The guys with the golf carts were the nice staff and very helpful!

Cons:

Some staff were very rude and the property is not wheelchair accessible even though it states it is.
