Hiding the towels in some hard to find drawer without any signs isn’t the best design idea
Goede locatie tov de 'oude stad'.
Nette goed verzorgde kamer, 2 Liften, goede mogelijkheid voor kort parkeren.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Direct gelegen aan Tram en bus opstappunten, treinstation vlak in de buur.
Snelheid van wifi aan de lage kant.
Ontbijt goed verzorgd maar mist vers fruit tov overdaad van suikerwerk ( donuts).
Trams rijden frequent langs het hotel dat maakt een dreunend geluid het duurt wel even om daar aan te wennen.
Eigen auto te parkeren in publieke garage ( toegankelijk voor een ieder) op 800 meter afstand.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from Prague Main Railway Station which makes it very easy to reach when arriving in the city. It is also a great place to stay if you want to explore the old Prague on foot. You can easily walk towards the main sights, enjoy the atmosphere of the centre, and return by another route without needing complicated transport. There is also a tram stop nearby, which is very convenient if you want to travel further around the city or reach the hotel from other parts of Prague.
The hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, bathrobes, slippers, a lift, and a pleasant atmosphere. A lovely detail was the glass of prosecco - it made us feel truly welcomed and added a special touch to the stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food for different tastes and needs. Free parking is a very big advantage in Prague and made the stay even more convenient.
What I appreciated the most was the hotel’s high level of responsibility towards its guests. I had a concern during my stay, and the hotel team handled it with care, honesty, and professionalism. The way they solved the situation showed real respect for the guest and left a very positive impression.

La habitación muy bonita y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno todo muy rico
La bañera era muy alta y muy difícil de entrar y un peligro para salir. Y el parking está lejos a 10 minutos en coche y lo mismo andando.

great room , amazing shower , bottled water every day , close to main rail links and underground yet close to all the tourist attractions/areas . helpful staff . great buffet ,even the coffee came from alternative countries . Great conversion of an old building . No internal noise etc
