Está bien, pero por debajo de lo que debiera ser un cinco estrellas.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, tiene un jardín grandísimo con todo tipo de plantas tropicales y dos piscinas bastante grandes exteriores, y una exterior. Tiene sitio suficiente para aparcar. No está cerca del centro de Funchal pero tiene autobús, aunque nosotros elegimos coche de alquiler.
Tienes disponibilidad de bebida y comida prácticamente en cualquier momento. El personal de recepción muy majos todos, encantados de poderte ayudar.

Cons:

Los colchones están muy viejos, y no solamente el de la cama supletoria, el de las camas principales también tendrían que haberlos cambiado hace tiempo. En el sofá había bastantes manchas y el servicio de limpieza me pareció mejorable, antes de las 3 no estaba la habitación, de hecho un día ni nos la limpiaron porque entramos antes a descansar, hartos de esperar.
La comida es correcta pero muy repetitiva, he tenido comidas muchos mejores en hoteles de menos categoría.
Y cuidado con la cortina para dar sombra, por la parte de fuera mancha.

Pros:

Serviço bar piscina e cozinha exterior funcionam bastante bem
Parque infantil bom para criancas

Cons:

O pequeno almoço do ultimo dia que estivemos instalados estava "pobrezinho" não tinha tantos alimentos como nos dias anteriores.
A nivel de alimentação, acho que deveriam optar em vez da chapa para os grelhados optar pelo carvao pois os alimentos são mais saborosos assim.
As sobremesas se não formos logo á abertura do restaurante ao almoço e ao jantar acabam logo e por vezes não são repostas.
Existem pessoas que nao gostam de chouriço nem queijo e devem não misturar esses alimentos nos temperos da comida.
Horario da piscina interior deveria a meu ver ser alargado mais 30 minutos.
O jacuzi deveria estar localizado numa zona interior.
Os funcionarios deveriam todos saber comunicar em portugues pelo que a maiorias principalmente do serviço de mesa apenas falam inglês.
O acesso á recepção deveria poder ser feito de carro sem ter de ser pago parque.
O parque infantil deveria ter uns bancos corridos exteriores para que os pais quando estivessem com os filhos pudessem ficar sentados enquanto esperam por eles.
As torneiras da casa de banho deveriam ser monocomando pois é bastante dificil controlar a temperatura da agua principalmente nos banhos das criancas.
As camas para criancas de 2 e 3 anos estão desajustadas pelo que foram colocados 2 bercos e seria melhor uma cama maior para os dois ou um sofa cama aberto.

Beautiful resort, comfortable rooms,excellent housekeeping, location very convenient, friendly and helpful staff
We loved the Italian restaurant
Overall a pleasant stay

Cons:

Being strict vegetarians, it was sad to see that the hotel failed to cater which was disappointing as we were on all inclusive. Infact on one occasion there was not even one item of vegetarian dish which was shocking as we had paid for all inclusive just like everyone else
The head chef did make us one dish which was a kind gesture .However, very poor choice for vegetarians and the hotel needs to improve on this

Pros:

The tennis court was a fun part of the facilities and the balcony over pool/gardens was very peaceful when they had guitar playing at night. AC worked and easy parking. Staff was also lovely and very helpful! Pillows were also very comfortable

Cons:

It was quite pricey for the experience we had and the all inclusive dinner was the worse meal we had in Madeira which was disappointing. It also felt a bit like a crowded cruise ship with the different pool entertainers and amount of people everywhere.

Agréable
Pros:

Hôtel et chambre charmante.
Petit déjeuner copieux. Le cadre de l’hôtel est vraiment agréable, piscine et jardins bien entretenus.

Cons:

Le buffet de l’hôtel n’est pas forcément super. Mangeable mais sans forcément de plaisir

Rien en particulier, c’est pas l’hôtel hyper moderne, mais c’est pas le plus important, c’est propre et le personnel est incroyable
