Highly recommend wonderful stay
Pros:

Here’s a warmer, more polished version:

The staff were absolutely lovely and always so helpful. They arranged a car hire for us and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. We had a small issue with our shower during our stay, and it was fixed straight away — the service was fantastic.

The food was excellent — so fresh and of such a high quality, it felt exactly like what you would choose from a great restaurant. We had planned to go out for dinner a few evenings, but we didn’t need to as the food at the hotel was so amazing. The coffee machines dotted around the hotel were also a lovely touch, making it easy to help yourself whenever you fancied a coffee.

The location was beautiful, with stunning views from the hotel. There is a lovely coastal walk of around an hour to Funchal, which was such a relaxing and enjoyable way to take in the scenery.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The only downside was that we were given two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed, which did take away slightly from the romantic feel of our getaway. We also noticed there seemed to be a plastic mattress protector or top sheet on the bed, which made it a little noisy during the night and slightly less comfortable than expected.

Cons:

I booked all inclusive but because of flight delays I didn’t arrive until midnight, and then checked out very early the next morning. I asked if I could have the dinner on the next day and was told no, because I already checked out.

Pobyt bardzo udany. Problem tylko z kontaktem mailowym oraz teronicznym z obiektem. Do momentu zapłacenia, wszystko było

Widok. Lokalizacja. Baseny.

Cons:

Bardzo zniszczona sauna zewnętrzna. Słaba organizacja zespołu do spraw rozrywki na basenie. Bardzo słabe wieczorki muzyczne. Na 6 wieczorów tylko jeden był fajny. Najważniejsze; całkowity brak kontaktu z obiektem już po dokonaniu rezerwacji. Mieliśmy problem z dojazdem i próbowaliśmy się skontaktować z obiektem mailowo oraz telefonicznie. Przez kilka godzin nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi na maile oraz nikt nie odbierał telefonu. Również konsultant booking,com, z którym prowadziliśmy rozmowę nie mógł dodzwonić się do obiektu. Przy kontaktach z recepcją na własne oczy widzieliśmy, że obsługa nie odbiera telefonów. Duży minus za to!!

Exceeded all expectations
Pros:

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It was my birthday while we were there and - without me telling them about it - the hotel staff arranged a complimentary birthday cake (with a candle) and a bottle of fizz for me.

The hotel was absolutely spotless, the food options were extensive and delicious, the staff were so accommodating and helpful.

The Entertainment Staff, especially Diana, Afonso, and Moise, made the entire experience for us. The events that were on were so well organised and run.

We will absolutely be returning.
