Pros:

very nice staff, always helpful and understanding, though they do use very modern system for entering, and all services - cloud based, very user friendly. The apartment was spacious, and very well equipped, one finds there everything needed even for longer stay - kitchen staff, washing machine, iron, etc. we have enjoyed very quiet one, facing garden. Location - perfect - less than 200 meters from tram stop, that connects you with the airport, and even closer to bus station servicing Scotishch Citylink - providing very comfortable and reasonably priced transport across Scotland and other parts of UK. walking distance to Royal Mile and most of tourist attractions. That was wonderful stay, I would highly recommend!

Great option to stay but bring a pillow
Pros:

Great location and wonderful staff upon arrival (Inez)

Cons:

No electrical outlets in bathrooms and the pillows were the worst i have ever had

Pros:

Idealna miejscówka i świetnie podzielona na pokoje, salon i kuchnie. Dwie łazienki robią robotę a w apartamencie było wszystko potrzebne nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Aplikacja pozwoliła na bezosobowe załatwienie wszystkich meldunkowych spraw.

Great location , the hotel good facilities would recommend.
Pros:

Friendly welcome on early arrival very helpful.
Loved the apartment super modern and clean. Very stylish and spacious.
Great location I. A fantastic city 🤗

Cons:

Very dark apartment as there were no windows. Felt slightly claustrophobic . Lumpy pillows ☹️

Good location and wonderful apartment easy check in and out
Pros:

It was easy to check in with a key code and also the check out and the stuff was so helpful and gave a lot of Tipps were to go and what to buy in supermarkets - uk has so good food it’s incredible also the flat was so big and that wonderful view in the gardens it was a dream

Beautiful apartment, just horribly maintained.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, it’s right in the middle of the city, tram stop is a minute walk away. The apartment was well furnished, beds were comfortable. Pretty well designed apartment.

Cons:

Floor boards were creaking with every step you take, you’ll definitely be woken up by someone walking to the bathroom or to the living area.

The bathroom was an enclosed one, which was fine, but the ventilator was not working. You’re going to have to smell it in the whole apartment for a few hours if someone does a number 2. Reported it to the staff and they mentioned it will get fixed the next day but it never happened.

Windows are meant to open but only the one in the bedroom could be opened. (You see how this is a problem with a non-ventilated bathroom)

A comfortable stay with an excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location
Quiet, & comfortable

Cons:

I didn’t like the use of the digital Key.
The links etc were not seamless, a bit “clunky” for me.

Spacious and clean apartment in central location
Pros:

Easy access to the apartments and excellent location: central, close to Waverley. We were in a room with a garden view and it was both peaceful and quiet.

Cons:

There was nothing specific that we disliked. The entry system is dependent upon remembering a code or having 4G so might be slightly inconvenient but this wasn't an issue.
