Cons:

Eles não fazem arrumação nem limpeza nos quartos nos dias de estadia, odor ruim, não tem toalha de rosto, sem secador de cabelo no quarto. O Café razoável.

Pros:

Já conhecia o hotel de outras duas viagens e tive uma experiência ruim anteriormente. Dessa vez, primeira vez sozinha, o quarto estava bem arrumadinho - mas esqueceram de colocar edredom e toalha, que tive que pedir. Adoro a flexibilidade para realizar o check-in, o atendimento sempre é bom e guardar as bolsas antes da entrada e depois da saída faz ser ótimo.

O café da manhã sempre pode melhorar, É necessário ter atenção à limpeza e aos itens que devem ter nos quartos para evitar desconfortos durante a estadia no hotel.

Uma das piores experiências
Pros:

Colchão péssimo , estávamos em duas pessoas no quarto com apenas um cobertor . Ao ligar na portaria disseram que estavam esperando a lavanderia e que levariam até o quarto , porém não foi o que acontecer .

Boa localização, mas decepcionante.

Cons:

Ao chegar na acomodação percebi que a limpeza não era bem feita, nos poucos momentos que tinha para descansar não consegui pois o ambiente é muito barulhento, não só o barulho que vem da rua, mas do próprio prédio. Precisava de internet para trabalhar e a internet não funcionava, nem o sinal do meu celular estava funcionando dentro do quarto. O café da manhã bem fraco.

Adorei toda a estadia, já fui mais de uma vez ao hotel e sempre atendem bem
Pros:

Gosto muito da localização do Fenix hotel, sempre que vou pra São Paulo fazer algo no bom retiro ou lá perto, opto por ficar lá! Além do mais o quarto cumpre todas as expectativas! Tem banheiro privativo, ar condicionado. As camas são confortáveis.
