An exsperience j would love to forget

Cons:

The rooms where gross, they had bugs all in the floor the sheets didn’t smell fresh underneath the bed was trash , didn’t even have hand soap ?? And I was supposed to pay when I got to the property which I booked online to do so and got the insurance, but somehow which the check in person couldn’t tell me got canceled… So I had to rebook it for $80 over the original price ??

Stopped due to a bad storm… only…

Driving thru due to a storm we needed shelter. Wyndham seemed great. Booked online. Have a puppy, extra. Our room big newly painted. Window thin air worked and loud to block our highway noise. Lit large pkg lot. An OLD hotel trying to stay alive. Lower unit smoking weed. Main desk guy allowed 1 cup of coffee and a prepackaged donut per customer. NO coffee pot in room🥲 tv fridge air microwave worked. Dresser missing 3 drawers…?…. Bed spread cute but had stains on it…. Carpet had misc unk. stains So NOT a family place or for kids! A single gal shouldn’t stay either. A lot of gals in pkg lot in the AM….? A place to hang ur hat in a storm. Oh the chairs!!, what ! They’re 3” off the floor what the heck?

Bad service, unfriendly, not worth the time nor money!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE, This place is the definition of you get what you pay for, I had called the support number prior to my booking since I would need to book in early, support told me to leave a note on my profile but to go ahead and book so I did, however after an 1 1/2 drive at 4am I was told there was no rooms available. I asked if there was anything that could be done they said no besides booking somewhere else. No refund offered, no Apology. Be sure to take your time and money elsewhere this place is not worth staying in.

Stay was ok. Hidden security deposit was a surprise, and.not getting it back when I was told is bad

Cons:

I had tp put up a $70 security deposit at the hotel in addition to the online booking price. The room was left in perfect order. They had told me I would recieve my security deposit back in about 5 days. I'm still waiting and it has been almost a month!

A neighbor was smoking pot, so the smell was not pleasant in our room. We reported it, and the staff checked on it a little later.
