Amazing stay! We had an early flight (very early) with our kids and they even packed us lunch boxes with great breakfast

Great hotel with a great location, facilities and staff
Pros:

Very nice and accommodating staff, great breakfast and generally nice facilities. The location is very convenient in the center of the city. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

I had to cancel one room because my son had an injury and couldn't fly. The contact with the hotel’s booking staff was not great, and if they had explained that it wasn't a cancellation fee, but just that they couldn't return the payment of the room, it would have saved me a lot of work and frustration. But it all turned out well in the end.

excellent and we would stay again
Pros:

Super huge bed, tea making facilities, large room with balcony doors, restaurant was fabulous, very friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast wasnt great - had to wait ages for tea and asked for almond milk several times before it came. The milk was served hot even though I had asked for cold but in all honesty it was a small niggle I over came

Agradable y confortable
Pros:

El desayuno bueno y variado.
La habitación muy cómoda pero con ventana a zona interior del edificio.
La ubicación a 15 min de zona turística centro y con buena combinación de transporte, metro y bus.
La piscina y la sauna van muy bien para relajarse después de un día por la ciudad en verano.

Lovely stay to discover Lisbon and chill on the rooftop.
Pros:

We loved the way the hotel made us feel relaxed in the middle of Lisbon. The rooftop and fitness were divine, breakfast was delicious and varied. Recommend to eat dinner here as well. Kind and welcoming staff, nice and clean room.
