Pros:

A equipe do hotel é fantastica e receptiva. As instalações são novas e bem cuidadas. A localização é excelente, perto de duas estações de metrô.

Cons:

O horário do café da manhã poderia iniciar às 06h.

Great hotel and stay.
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights having got off a cruise on a family recommendation. Very clean room and excellent breakfast. Very quiet and a pleasant 20 minute walk into the centre. Staff all very helpful, would recommend

Great place for a vacation
Pros:

The location is magnificent and incredibly convenient. The room itself was spotless and the cleaners always do a fantastic job. The staff is very friendly and helpful 10 out of 10. The dessert that was served during breakfast is delicious. Loved it. Would eat again.

Cons:

The variety of the food wasn't great. Each day the same selection of food to choose from. If there is one thing I could change it would be to add more variety, different stuff on different days. But that is literally the only complaint I have about the hotel.

Dobrze położony hotel ale trochę zaniedbany
Pros:

Hotel jest położony 15 minut spacerem do historycznego centrum z wieloma atrakcjami. Personel był bardzo miły i pomocny. Śniadania były dobre, szczególnie smakowały nam Pastel de Nata. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne.

Cons:

Pokoje są w stylu lat 80. – ponure i nieco zaniedbane. Okna w jednym pokoju były nieszczelne, przez co słychać było hałas z ulicy – ​​na drugim piętrze trudno było spać. Bezpośrednia okolica hotelu nie jest najpiękniejsza.

Great 3 Night stay
Pros:

Just back from a 3 night stay. Such a lovely hotel, great reception staff who answered many questions about the city, including the guy at the front who.always greeted us. Everywhere was so clean, small gym upstairs was great with a good set of weights a treadmill, cross trainer and bench, with sauna & steam if wanted. A plunge pool and sunbeds on the roof was ideal after walking around the city all day. Breakfast was good too, plenty of choice, including fresh fruit, we loved it. Many thanks

Great Rail Jouneys Tour - Lisbon and the Douro - May 2026

We stayed in this hotel during our time in Lisbon and I would rate this as the second best hotel that I have ever stayed in. Facilities excellent, staff brilliant and an excellent restaurant.

Pros:

Costumamos nos hospedar nessa região e já é a segunda vez no hotel. Atendimento muito cortês por parte de todos os funcionários, ambientes confortáveis e muito agradáveis. Dessa vez fomos contemplados com um upgrade para a suíte junior com vista frontal e ficamos ainda melhor acomodados. Café da manhã excelente, em local tranquilo. Nossa estadia foi muito feliz.

Cons:

Acho que o pequeno terraço poderia ser mais valorizado, é um local muito agradável.
