Muy mal trato a la hora de solucionar problemas en lel desayuno

Nada por el trato tenido con el robo del desayuno

Cons:

Pagamos el desayuno y alojamiento cómo viajábamos un domingo a las 9 el desayuno empezaba a las 8 no pude desayunar y nos dieron opción alguna, se portaron muy mal y a la hora de chekin se tardó mucho, nefasto

La mala educación que tiene las chicas que trabajan sobre todo las recepcionistas, te miran como si fueras poca cosa o te estan haciendo el favor, eh viajado mucho y eh conocido muchos muchos hoteles y muchos mejores que este , pero nunca me habían tratado asi , obviamente no volveré a pesar que me quede 10 dias , muy mala experiencia

Pros:

Struttura moderna, pulita e poco distante sia dall’aeroporto che dallo stadio.
Il personale di una gentilezza incredibile, sopratutto Anna.
La colazione molto buona (gli sfogliati erano davvero buoni buonissimi e il caffè nespresso).
Le camere erano pulite e il bagno pulito e spazioso.
C’è il parcheggio coperto, quello scoperto a pagamento e ci sono anche molti posti lungo la strada. Purtroppo per dei lavori una linea di servizio pubblico era chiusa, ma il personale c’è subito indicato il modo più comodo per arrivare in centro.

… el mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado nos fastidió el descanso nocturno

Cons:

El termostato de aire no funcionaba , 26 grados marcaba fijo y el aire ni paraba de salir durante las dos noches … otro compañero alojado en el mismo hotel, tenía problemas también con el termostato
Resumiendo, había que levantarse a media noche a apagarlo y horas más tarde volver a levantarse a encenderlo
