Good location with helpfull staff.

grosse zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, sauber. sehr nettes Personal. das Frühstück ist gross und nach wunsch und sehr lecker. Wäscheservice ist super. die lage ist mitten im geschehen und doch ganz ruhig in einem süssen innenhof. Meinen lieben Dank an Madame Mimosa

la localisation est aussi parfaite car on peut visiter beaucoup de sites à pied.
situé dans une ruelle au calme.
l'accueil de Fleur pour le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et permet de commencer la journée dans la bonne humeur.

Propreté et décoration de la chambre et excellente literie très cocoon !

整體住宿體驗很不錯！地點是在巷子裡，不是大馬路旁，所以沒有車流的吵雜聲，晚上休息起來很安靜。

不過建築物的隔音比較普通，早上大約 6 點左右可以聽到樓上的腳步聲和房務整理的聲音。當下有馬上反映，工作人員也有處理，但後來還是會聽到一些整理時的腳步聲，如果比較淺眠的人可能需要注意一下。但是晚上睡覺時間是安靜的！

位置真的很方便，去各個地方都很近，附近也有很多小吃，生活機能很好。房務人員都很有禮貌，也非常親切熱情，這點讓人感覺很好。

另外一個小小的趣事是，房間的梳妝台對亞洲人的身高來說好像有點太高了 😂 哈哈哈，坐著使用不是那麼方便 看不太到自己。

整體來說性價比不錯，地點方便、環境安靜，服務人員也很友善，還是滿推薦的！
Overall, I had a really nice stay here! The property is located in a small alley rather than on a main road, so there was no traffic noise, which made it nice and quiet, especially at night.

The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better. Around 6 a.m., I could hear footsteps and some housekeeping noises from upstairs. I reported it right away, and the staff were very responsive, but I could still hear some footsteps and cleaning noises afterward. So, if you are a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to many places and lots of local food options nearby. The housekeeping staff were also very polite, friendly, and welcoming.

One funny little thing: the dressing table was a bit too high for an Asian person's height 😂 It wasn't the most comfortable to use while sitting!

Overall, I think the place offers good value for money. The location is convenient, the area is quiet, and the staff are very friendly. I would still recommend staying here, especially if you aren't too sensitive to noise.

Great location, it was located down a side road that was very safe and a short walk/grab away from the main area. As it wasnt straight on the main street, the room we had was very quiet. Staff were very friendly. AC worked great. Attentive house cleaning.

Considering how last minute I booked this - I really liked the rooms and the location. As I was only staying overnight, I liked that there was a 7/11 a walking distance away.

I only stayed one night here, but I honestly wish I had stayed longer!

The room was very spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The mattress and pillows were fantastic, the bathroom was large and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, especially important in Ho Chi Minh City!

The location is also excellent. It’s central and in a very strategic area, but thankfully not directly on a crazy busy street. You’re only about a five minute walk from the main action, so it’s easy to get around while still having a quieter place to come back to.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with so many choices. Everything was delicious, and the homemade yogurt was a particular highlight. The cooks did a fantastic job, and I really enjoyed every part of the breakfast.

But what truly made my stay special was the staff. Jack and Mark at reception were absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone I interacted with spoke very good English and was so friendly and professional.

I unfortunately forgot the name of the lovely waitress who served breakfast, but she deserves a special mention too. She was incredibly polite, attentive and helpful.

They even went the extra mile after I had checked out. I went on a tour in the morning, and they kindly kept my luggage for me. When I returned around 7 or 8pm to head to the airport, they even allowed me to have a shower before leaving. That was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care about their guests.

Everything about my stay was excellent, but the staff really made it stand out.

I only stayed for one night, but I definitely wish I had stayed longer. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and if I return, I will absolutely stay here again.

The location is superb, right in district 1. Loads of restaurants, bars and places to shop all around you. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy.The breakfast was lovely and served on the roof terrace. The staff were all very friendly.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious, best omelet I’ve had!
