Location. Our room was huge & nice. We didn’t have a chance to use any facilities, but they looked good.
We were at first concerned that it’s right next to rail track, but the double glazing is very effective & you do not notice the trains.

Staff at Breakfast were rude and had horrible customer service. Young man with Moustache and young lady had no customer service skills and were too busy talking about the previous night out (Friday) and who they were trying to sleep with - they were also swearing about the experience. Unfriendly, rude and it felt like it was a hinderance that I wanted to order breakfast and coffee. Very poor and they should look for alternate work.
Room was very clean and well presented, staff were friendly and the location was fantastic.
The bathroom shower was a little difficult to use as is it was risen and quite narrow. Also not having any sanitary bags or disposable shower caps available was abit disappointing.

TV in the lounge room was only working for casting, not free to air.
Shower head had to be hand held as it would only face the wall, and the shower door wouldn’t stay open. Really awkward to use

Spacious room, spacious super comfy bed.
Would have liked 2 armchairs. There was only one between the two of us, but plenty of room for another.
Great location and friendly staff always polite, helpful and attentive to requests.
Ageing property with a need to update their air system. May have had a room not used regularly as needed to ask for a new hair dryer due to it not working and a new kettle due to grime build up. Also, as it’s important to some, no full length mirror in the rooms.
