we moved from a room on the 3rd floor where the AC did not work, to an upgraded 1bed apartment on floor 6, however the bed was smaller and the bathroom lights stopped working that night..
room issues in both rooms
The staff on reception were exceptional on our arrival.
The location was great, just a short stroll from anywhere.
Room was large and had everything we needed.
Difficult to get a park out the front of the hotel when checking in and waiting for valet parking.

The location was perfect for my visit. The room was comfortable and it is great to have a kitchenette and seperate living area.
The rooms felt functional. I feel the rooms could provide some warmth or personality through decor.
We had a stopover night in Brisbane before travelling north. There were 7 of us ranging from 13 - 51 years. We ate dinner nearby, had a lovely look at the view from the deck and really our stay was hassle free and easy.
The bed was super comfortable. Slept all night. I also liked how clean the room was
