Staff were friendly and efficient. Valet parking service was good. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for our needs. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. Furnishings and curtains were old and tired. Windows were very dirty with mould between the double glazing.

The position was great but that was all
Most of the staff were quite rude and dismissive. We asked and I booked for a room with a balcony. When I got there. I asked the girl when we were paying. I asked her if there was a balcony she said I'll check. I paid the money I said was is there a balcony in my room? Yes we got to the room no balcony we couldn't even open the window. The room was grey and dismal and old. I then went downstairs and asked one of the nicer girls. Can we move to a balcony because we paid or I understood there to be a balcony in the room and there's nothing she then move me to another room downstairs which had a balcony which is outside on the ground floor or on the ground with no view we just had cement walls around us no ceiling over us so when it rained we got wet. The air-conditioning didn't work properly. It wasn't cold enough. I was hot all night and couldn't sleep. I got to sleep at 4 o'clock in the morning. It was very disappointing. I thought it would be much nicer than this for the amount we paid nearly $500 for a room that was substandard. There was stains all over the curtains in our room like someone had thrown coffee over them and no one had cleaned them. The room was actually clean though. In other ways the cleaners do a good job but most of the staff are quite rude.
We paid for valet parking. The hotel is in a great location and staff could not be faulted.
Unfortunately, the mattress (on my side of the bed) was somewhat collapsed and therefore not very comfortable. That was the only disappointing part of the stay, as everything else was very good.

Very run down
The kids single beds were in the main bedroom with the ensuite and television. The other bed was barely a queen bed and very old and uncomfortable.

Appartement de haut standing, emplacement idéal, protégé du vent quand il le faut grand luxe, et à 20m de la plage et tous commerce à proximité, je reviendrai .
Location good - room - reasonable - breakfast ok
Restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday evenings.
The location was superb.
For over $600 per night, i felt ripped off.
The bed had a definite dip in it.
The curtains were ripped in the bedroom.
The couch and lounge curtains had stains on them.
There was one teeny uht milk in the fridge.
Location staff and breakfast.
That although it was quite old it was top price
