Pros:

Great location. Very comfortable bed and pillows

Cons:

The rate is high considering you have to pay extra for parking and the hotel is in need of a refresh. The carpet was tatty and worn in the hallway. The bathroom grout was mouldy.

She is tired. It's time for an upgrade of your rooms and especially the bathrooms.

Lovely stay on the river and close to everything.
Pros:

Location is great, and perfect for Riverfire. Everything is within walking distance. Great view from the River view rooms. Lovely welcome pack on arrival which was a nice touch.

Cons:

There needed to be way more comms about road closures prior to the event we were attending. If I hadn't asked, they wouldn't have said anything. Some staff obviously stressed and this showed.

Ok but needs better air con
Pros:

Location was great, near South bank beach, museum, ferries, restaurants. Rooms were big and spacious. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Air conditioning was not good, it wasn't really hot weather and it still couldn't keep our room comfortable to sleep in. Everything was a bit old and worn. Room wasn't ready for check in at 2pm. Restaurant was only average. Pool was closed for a whole day. Geared more for business people than families.

Heated pool was the draw card
Pros:

The heated swimming pool when it was open.

Cons:

The rooms could do with some love. The pool was closed due to rain on our first day. The inclusion breakfast was a disappointment for the price as no buffet.

Room had great view over the river towards the Star Casino. Balcony was a good size.

Cons:

No onsite parking available other than valet parking. Having to unpack car on the sidewalk even though trolley is available. Only 2 car spaces available in front of building to unpack.

Overall great except for the parking situation.

Cons:

the fact i had to park at the convention Centre and carry my items back to the hotel. We were going to opt for valet parking but drove around the block four times and could not get a park to come into reception to organise valet parking. This needs some considerations.
