Friendly & helpful staff
Everything
Good Coffee each morning, room was quiet & linen clean
breakfast standard/style varied each day, depending on the chef
room was in need of a spring clean, especially the bathroom fittings & the fridge area in its cupboard, outlook at the back was in need of a good clean and please remove the dead plants. Not sure way you need warning stickers on window when they are fully sealed unit, they could also do with a clean, along with the TV cabinet that looks like it comes from a second shop, well used bed base ripped and bed needed a upgrade
Value for money and staff professional and friendly
Road noise
Good location
Location - okay
Breakfast - below average
ROOM - PUTRID, mould in shower, tattered drapes and curtains, floors not mopped, stained pillows slips, dust on bedside tables and tv stand. Paid good money - was not worth 1/4 of what we paid.
check above - nothing did we like.
Breakfast was just a drink and 1 main dish ???
Close to where I needed to be
Brilliant location. Lovely staff
Location is perfect for theatres close by. Also plenty of restaurants, small Woolworths. And the markets are a added bonus
No faults for us.
The Mantra is a Goldielocks type hotel. Just right.
The room was a decent size, with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was a decent size and with an excellent shower, once again, a decent size and we had a balcony. Being able to sit outside in the fresh air is very important.
What didn't I like? Well our room faced the river/city so the noise coming off the highway that leads into the cbd was loud. Not the hotels fault but something to consider.
Location
The room was quite dark and dingy with the dark curtains.
Unfortunate not to be able to have the bedroom window open a tad.
The room felt a bit claustrophobic.
