Nettes Hotel in toller Lage mit viel Potential bei kleinen Änderungen
Pros:

Gefallen hat mir das Gerät für Nussmus beim Frühstück, war mir neu und man kann das E-Auto kostenlos laden.
Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Wellnessbereich grundsätzlich schön und ausreichend, aber unübersichtlich, etliche Türen nicht beschriftet, leider keine normalen Liegen.
Personal kennt sich nicht aus, ist überfordert oder spricht schlecht Deutsch (Nachfrage bzgl. Kosten E-Ladestation erfordert mehrere Personen, Barkeeper kennen Cocktail aus der Karte nicht, Bar sperrt früher zu, etc).
Angekündigtes Public Viewing zur WM wird vor Spielende beendet.
Das System beim Frühstück mit der Mischung aus Buffet und alacarte ist grundsätzlich gut. Wenn man aber ignoriert wird, sitzt man 15 Minuten mit trockenem Gebäck da und wartet. Wir haben uns dann unsere eigenen Aufstriche zum Frühstück mitgenommen.
QR-Code auf der Morgenpost funktioniert nicht, Restaurantvorschläge für Restaurants, die an diesem Tag geschlossen haben.
Der Fitnessraum ist seines Namens kaum würdig, halb offen, eng stehende Geräte, keine Matten, keine Hanteln.
Zimmer recht schön, leider ist das Bett extrem hart und die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht wirklich ab.
Am Sonntag NM VOR Anreise wurde ich 2x angerufen, habe zurückgerufen, ob ich einen Tisch reservieren will im Restaurant. Das wäre ein Thema für ein Email. Da wir Veganer sind kommt das Restaurant für uns nicht in Frage, 20 € Aufpreis auf ein veganes Menü sind utopisch, da das Menü an sich schon kostspielig ist.

SENSATIONELL
Pros:

Abendessen: sensationelles Service von Herrn Christoph beim Abendessen. Aber auch das Essen selbst war überraschenderweise von exklusiver Qualität, top präsentiert. DANKE es war ein Vergnügen bei Euch zu sein.

In conclusion, if I return to Zell am See, I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it.
Pros:

I’ll start with the positives: the spa and pool facilities are excellent, the location is great and close to everything, and parking is free.

The disadvantages are many:

* The room does not have a refrigerator, coffee-making facilities, or air conditioning. The hotel also does not provide an electric iron. If you need ironing, they require you to hand in your clothes and collect them after 24 hours for a fee, or after 6 hours for an additional high “express” charge.

Sound insulation is very poor, so you can hear everything happening outside.

The view is excellent with a large window, but the curtains do not block light well, which forces you to wake up early.

The deposit of 500 euros is considered very high.

The hotel lacks services that, even if not explicitly mentioned in the contract, are expected as basic amenities you would naturally assume a hotel provides.

Прекрасный отель
Pros:

Отель в целом понравился. До ж/д станции можно добраться пешком минут за тридцать, до супермаркетов и ресторанов минут за двадцать. Здание в хорошем состоянии, чисто, вид из номеров просто потрясающий. Персонал приветливый. Номер небольшой, но уютный. В отеле имеется превосходный спа-комплекс с бассейнами и саунами. Ресторан отеля заслуживает отдельного упоминания, хотя впечатления от его посещения смешанные. Что-то вроде лайт-версии заведения с мишленовскими звёздами.

Cons:

Городской налог не был включён в первоначальную стоимость номера, это не позволяет сразу оценить реальную цену. В номере нет ни чайника, ни холодильника. Если сильно хочется, то можно, конечно, спуститься и попить чай в сауне, где всегда в свободном доступе и пакетики чая, и горячая вода. Завтрак стоит 30 евро, за эти деньги можно прекрасно позавтракать в ближайшем кафе два раза.
