Nos deram um upgrade de quarto, que foi excelente, com vista para a praia e banheira

tivemos alguma confusão na recepção.
Paguei toda as diarias adiantadas, quando minha amiga chegou, quiseram cobrar uma diaria a mais dela
Fiz um cauçao de 1200 para quatro dias, que poderia ser usado para consumo no hotel, mas não consegui usar. Disseram porque fiz duas reservas (não consegui modificar e tive que fazer 2 para adicionar mais dias). A questão foi que desci para almoçar sem bolsa confiando que daria certo e precisei voltar ao quarto para pegar a bolsa.

Para visitar os pontos turisticos é longe da zona sul, normalmente gastando mais de 1h
Fui a um evento, pos isso, a localização foi boa para mim

Cons:

This hotel has a horrible smell not only in common areas but in the rooms . Smells like a cheap cleaner with humidity . I was changed twice and still . I did a non refundable reservation so I could not leave . Is clean and buffet is good . Hotel is very old including furniture , floors etc . Not a good money - value .

Nice view of beach, old rooms, uncomfortable beds
Pros:

Location. Staff was nice to add all of our reservations.

Cons:

Room gave me allergy. The beds were terrible. Ac was either freezing or not working. Very uncomfortable.
Buffet ok.. small gym had old dumb bells and no mats. No space to lift deadweight.

Pros:

DECEPTION! I paid R$1400,00 / day ( USD 280,00 ) in a old and decadent room with “beach side view “ actually very poor view and no breakfast
The reception/lobby is terrible and noisy and messy
It is far from being welcome
Small gym
It is near the beach in front of it but a heavy traffic in front
The swimming pool is fine but no view from the beach is in the back and it is not a good place to stay
BAD HOTEL VERY EXPENSIVE AND VERY BAD FOR FAMILY AND KIDS
PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL

Hotel com localização excelente, porém muito caro pelo que oferece.

Localização defronte à praia // Dimensões do quarto // Atendimento de todos os funcionários exceto de 1 recepcionista do front desk // Localização da piscina.

Cons:

Banheira do quarto antiga, com acessórios quebrados e hidromassagem não funcionante // Centro de convenções anexo, permitindo que congressistas lotassem o restaurante, dificultando o acesso dos reais hóspedes // O custo das diarias, consequente a feriados e fins de semana, excede ( e muito ) as características de um hotel que jamais tem as características de 5 estrelas.
