Only the location.
The facilities at all, the elevator was old, the room had an old tv without smart functions, the room had few wrong placed decoration and wasn’t comfortable even though it was the family room it had only 2 chairs and one little table. Also they didn’t gift flops as it is usual in NH hotels. The hotel staff didn’t took the deliveries to the room at anytime, they just give a call to pick it up at the front desk, it wasn’t a comfortable stay at all.

Mal mantenimiento y baño sucio. La ducha se obstruía y se embalsaba el agua.

Tutto in maniera ottimale
My sister, father and I visited Bogotá and stayed at the NH Parque de la 93. We had a misunderstanding as we arrived but el Señor Nelson at the front desk was infinitely calmed and kind as we worked through the issue we had. He handled everything with care and we are grateful for his marvelous assistance.

No dejaron nunca repuesto de papel de baño, con lo cual en dos oportunidades me quedé sin papel de baño y tuve que llamar para que me lo dieran. La calidad del gimnasio es realmente lamentable, entiendo que puede ser una falta de espacio, pero por lo menos la única máquina que hay podría estar en buenas condiciones.

Nada pésimo alojamiento mejor reserva lo que sea menos ese lugar NO TIENEN AIRE ACONDICIONADO así te ofrezcan el servio lo que tienen son ventiladores y si tienen disponibilidad no siempre tienen pésimo el servicio el botones ni te ayuda con las maletas aunque se lo pidas se hace el que no es con el y no te ayuda. No lo recomiendo

No lo recomiendo pésimo el lugar queda en una calle muy concurrida no tiene aire acondicionado y tienes que abrir la ventada y el sonido de los autos de la gente no te dejarán dormir yo hice reserva de una habitación con dos camas me dieron una cama y un sofá cama que ya no tenían espacio de habitaciones con dos camas y la reserva ya hecha desde meses anteriores son muy irresponsables.
I always visit this hotel when i travel to bogota (3/4 times per year). They are very attentive people, the hotel is comfortable and it is always a great pleasure. I recommend it!
