The location, the friendliness of the staff, the room, I recommend it 100%. If I visit Bogotá again I would definitely stay here again.
We had a small problem with the door lock but the hotel staff helped us immediately and gave us a new room. I thought the cost of breakfast was a little expensive compared to the local offerings but maybe I didn't quite understand how much it cost.

Gute Lage, Zimmer sehr ordentlich und sauber. Außergewöhnliches, reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Verlängerungen direkt vor Ort sind nicht zu empfehlen. Da wird schon versucht, einen preislich über alle Maße über den Tisch zu ziehen. Ich würde empfehlen, komplett im Voraus über ein Portal zu buchen.

El precio es muy alto por lo que vale el hotel. Nos cambiaron de última hora la reserva al NH Urban 93 Royal. Fue una experiencia decepcionando. Primeros llegamos con varias maletas y el chico en la recepción a pesar de no tener otros clientes no nos apoyó ni con abrir la puerta. A nuestra salida tampoco nos quisieron apoyar. La cama del cuarto es bastante dura, la infraestructura antigua. La mesa en el cuarto tiene un vidrio donde entra todo el polvo y no lo limpian. Entra mucha luz al cuarto en la mañana lo que es incómodo. No me pareció que el servicio ni la infraestructura son de un hotel 4 estrellas.
Ubicación
Very helpful and friendly staff. Great variety for breakfast. Central location in a nice, safe neighborhood with lots of great restaurants options. Great proximity to Parque 93.
Can be a bit noisy at night with street traffic, but not terrible. Also, the aircon is quite weak. The windows do open to provide some cool air.
