Pros:

Comfortable, clean room with amazing views. Very good location with good transport links and located within walking distance to the main city. Very helpful and friendly staff. There was also a nice communal outdoor area and breakfast facilities were decent.

Cons:

We booked a extra large double bed - however we only received two single beds put together, which to be fair, we were warned about in advance. The bed was still very comfortable and was not a major problem that we decided needed bringing up with the hotel.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Einrichtung des Zimmers, Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und selbst mitten in der Nacht erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Lokalizacja w pobliżu przystanku tramwajowego, łatwy dojazd we wszystkie ważne miejsca w Pradze. Bardzo miły personel, bogate śniadania.

Cons:

Winda w hotelu zatrzymuje sie pomiędzy piętrami, więc zawsze trzeba kilka schodów dojść - może to byc trudne dla osób z kłopotami w poruszaniu się i uciążliwe, gdy mamy ciężką walizkę.

The staff at the hotel was excellent. Breakfasts were very good, and rooms were clean.

Cons:

The only issue I noticed was that the elevator stops between floors, meaning you always have to use a short flight of stairs. This is an important detail for guests with mobility issues or disabilities. Everything else was top-rated.
