Only one pillow, resception provided one extra.
Waste bin in the WC could not be opened by stepping the foot.
WC paper not good, broke off too easily.
No pen or paper.

Despite the excellent location, our two-night stay was disappointing due to poor room allocation and excessive noise.

* Poor room allocation for families – despite booking two rooms over a month in advance, our family rooms were located far apart.
* Lack of consideration for family bookings – the connecting room next to our children’s room was assigned to other guests instead of our family.
* Extremely noisy room due to the hotel’s ventilation system directly outside the window.
* The front desk provided incorrect information, assuring us the ventilation would be turned off at 11:00 p.m., but it ran throughout both nights, resulting in very poor sleep.
