Would come back.
Pros:

Location was perfect to visit the city center. Walking distance to all of the important sites and tour departure points. Located in a quite street with shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

While breakfast was great, the restaurant was disappointing at night when we tried to have dinner. Food (hamburgers) came cold, pizza was of frozen type. When asked to warm it, it came back still cold. A very frustrating experience. The servers really tried, but the kitchen did not help…at the end, we were charged only for drinks.

I didn’t eat it.

Cons:

Checkin in was delayed by 1.5 hours. I arrived around 12 and wasn’t able to get into my room until 4:30, despite being told to come back at 3.

Location was really very best and it was best location with good have all the food and store very much near and close to hotel

Pésimo servicio de este hotel
Pros:

Lo mejor de este hotel es que está en el corazón del centro histórico por lo que es genial para desplazarse.

Cons:

La habitación que se reservó era una XL y de acuerdo con la descripción, esta cuenta con 2 camas. Cuando llegamos la segunda cama era un catre, que parecía mas una cama de hospital. La colocaron en frente de la television, por lo que incomodaba el paso y dormir en ella fue complicado. Para el precio pagado se esperaba más. Se esperaba mas de los empleados del hotel, ya que la atención al cliente muy decepcionante y que decir del servicio de transporte al hotel. Se solicitó un vehículo grande, primero por condiciones de salud de una de las personas que viajaba y segundo, por la cantidad de piezas de equipaje; luego de recibir la confirmación de la reserva del transporte por parte del personal de recepción, este nunca llego y lo que hicieron para solucionarlo fue pedir a un auto fuera del hotel, en el cual el equipaje no fue posible acomodarlo en el maletero, se viajo estrecho y la ruta usada para llegar al aeropuerto no fue la mas adecuada. Definitivamente para una futura visita a CDMX, este hotel jamás se volverá a considerar ni recomendar.
