Cons:

La chambre qui m'a été donnée ne correspondait pas du tout à la réservation, chambre petite, minuscule, pas de grand lit mais deux lits individuels minuscules aussi.
Petit déjeuner moyen.

Wonderful hotel to come home to after a long day
Pros:

Excellent staff, which includes front desk personnel, restaurant staff,& housekeeping. Everyone was very attentive to our needs. Also, very quiet & relaxing after a long day sightseeing.

Cons:

The daily breakfast that was included was very good, however, on the weekends when there were more guests at breakfast the food on the buffet was almost empty & they did not replenish it. This was disappointing especially since breakfast hours were longer on the weekend. If you like to sleep in a little longer & come for your breakfast later there was not much food left.

Pros:

El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte, en especial el sr. Rey del Bar muy conversador y amable, el sr. Alberto y David, como por igual el sr. Amador, Oscar y Pablo. todos fueron excelente.

Cons:

En mi habitación al estar debajo del restaurant, todos los días a las 5:00 am, rodaban algo que me despertaba, deben corregir esta practica.

Cons:

Que siempre que llegaba el el uber la bahía de descenso estaba ocupada con un auto, cuando preguntaba en el front desk no sabían que responder, o no querían responder, me parece que deberían prohibir estacionar autos en ese lugar.

Óptimo para estar cerca del zócalo en hotel muy bien atendido
Pros:

La ubicación, porque queda cerca del zócalo y desde ahí podía ir a todos lados con transporte público, además de que hay muchos negocios cerca. Pero sobre todo la cordialidad del personal del hotel. Desayuné y cené en el hotel todos los días y el personal del comedor fue sumamente atento siempre. Habitación limpia y prolija, wifi muy bueno. También usé el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, puntual y buen precio. El personal de recepción, muy atento también.

Cons:

Los espacios de la habitación un poco estrechos, quizás. Y un enchufe de una lámpara de escritorio que era muy difícil de conectar. Pero son detalles muy menores.
