Beware- the hotel has an ant infestation. The beach is not enjoyable (dirty water and hard rocks). The nightclub next
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was good.

Cons:

The old parts of the resort, where our room was in Building 3, was infested with ants. They were crawling over my daughter’s bed when we arrived. The room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The hotel was fully booked so we had no choice to stay in those conditions throughout our stay.

Hôtesse et hôtes d’accueil très sympathiques.
Piscines très belles et propres , peu de monde même en plein mois d’août.
Plusieurs restaurants tous très bons, petits déjeunés variés
Chambres spacieuses, salle de bain très agréable avec grande baignoire.
Parking gratuit à disposition
Très bel hôtel, nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Pros:

En general muy bueno todo, la atención del personal es muy agradable, la comida variada y con calidad.

Cons:

Que solo hacia la habitación había un ascensor y demoraba más. En el desayuno los últimos días la leche estaba fría o no quedaba. Espero que mejoren porque nos gusta y queremos volver. Gracias

Las piscinas están impecables y la animación para los niños es genial, además han renovado una zona del hotel y las habitaciones están muy bien.

Cons:

Un camarero muy mal educado de la zona del bar, y la limpieza de los baños de las piscinas es muy escasa

Relación calidad precio necesita mejorar
Pros:

Las instalaciones comunes están bien y la habitación es amplia .

Cons:

Está antiguo y necesita una reforma . El personal de recepción transmite instrucciones pero no se preocupa porque los clientes estén cómodos . En realidad no tenían el mostrador lleno de gente pero querían despacharte en cuanto te acercabas . No está cerca del centro y pedir un taxi era muy complejo .
