Excelente hotel, super recomendable, volvería sin dudas

Nos gustó todo!!!!! La habitación, el desayuno,la atención de todos en el hotel.

Cons:

Nada. Lo que no nos gustó no tiene que ver con el hotel… pero la playa no es linda ni para caminar ni para meterse al mar. Por suerte las piscinas del hotel son fantásticas.

Pros:

Habitación grande y amplia. Hotel muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno es muy variado. Hotel perfecto para desconectar, dispone de unas instalaciones estupendas para disfrutar al máximo de tu estancia.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the hotel itself is beautiful with comfortable rooms and a lovely atmosphere. However, it didn’t quite live up to what we would expect from a five-star resort.

The biggest disappointment was breakfast. The service was poor, and despite arriving early, several items had already run out and were not replenished promptly. There was also no egg station or staff offering to cook eggs to order, which is something we would normally expect at a hotel of this standard.

The room amenities were also lacking. There was no tea provided, only a small amount of coffee and a single portion of milk. It felt quite limited for a five-star property.

Before arriving, we requested that the children’s beds be made up, but this hadn’t been done. As a result, we had to wait late into the evening for staff to prepare them, which wasn’t ideal after a long day.

Another issue was the air conditioning and bedding. With the air conditioning on, the room became very cold overnight, yet the beds were made with only thin sheets and no duvet or blanket. Turning the air conditioning off made the room too warm, so it would have been much more comfortable if proper duvets had been provided. Unfortunately, I slept very poorly because I was freezing during the night.

Finally, we found communication difficult at times, as very few members of staff spoke English. This made it harder to ask questions or resolve issues during our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the service and attention to detail fell short of the standards we expect from a five-star hotel.

We love staying here and highly recommend it
Pros:

The spaciousness of the property and the grounds; the cleanliness and facilities; generally speaking, the staff are very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

There seemed to be a lack of parking facilities and it was only later in our stay that we became aware of valet parking. I think a loyalty programme would be a great addition.

Amazing hotel. Luxurious, comfortable,staff can't do enough for you. Spa and great pools.

The hotel is spacious and has a wonderful scent.
The valet service was so convenient. Pools amazing.
They also accommodated us with dinner on late arrival.
