We had a very enjoyable experience.
Pros:

Our room had a large balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, with lots to choose from. The food at the restaurants within the hotel was first class. There are 4 large pools, one with swim up bar with the option to also swim in the ocean or walk the beach to nearby cafes and bars. We initially booked for 2 nights but loved it that much extended for another 2. Luckily there had been a cancellation because the hotel was fully booked and I can understand why. We would definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was superb, we absolutely loved it
Pros:

We stayed at this five-star hotel for just one night, but now we realize we really want to come back and spend at least a few days there. It was the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed in. From the interior design to the staff, so polite, smiley, and amazing, - we loved absolutely everything. We wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfasts are a huge highlight: they are incredible, with a vast selection, all perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. And, on top of that, every evening, there is a pianist performing in the lobby, playing and singing, and that is another fantastic bonus. Highly recommended!
